Just stumbled across this site. It has over 750 courses you can take for free. I've already started one. I've always wanted to learn Python. I'm also going to check out one for developing Android apps. There is something there for everyone. And it's FREE! So, what are you waiting for? Oh. I guess you're waiting for the link.

You should send this to the MSM as I see that they have where you can earn a diploma in journalism and I am sure that it would be different from running interference for the DNC as that is all that they are doing now.

Talking heads. That's all they are now. Real journalism is almost dead. Mostly, it's not even news anymore. It's something called infotainment. A free and open press is the cornerstone of a republic, and usually the first casualty, when things start falling apart. What we have now is little different from Pravda. If it wasn't for the internet, America would probably already be a f*****t regime.

Thank you ever so much... I am going to start the course in plumbing.... I have a dripping toilet that I just do not want to pay $100 for a plumber to change the water line from toilet to wall! Wish me luck!

LUCK! There's also a Dummies guide for plumbing. It would probably be easier, in the short run.

I might get labeled a sexist pig, but shouldn't your husband do it? Assuming you have one. Women and home improvement just don't mix. I worry for your safety.

Oh if only he could. He passed away a few years ago.... and now it is call one of my kids, a handyman, or try to do it myself. I prefer to try to do it myself...and if that fails I have the kids on speed dial. I've actually gotten good at a few things... and I leaned not to run and scream when I see a worm. Yes, worms. I have no problems with snakes, spiders, or other bugs.... but worms... it is not a run of the mill kind of fear....I am not sure if anyone else in the entire world has a phobia of worms.

Worms? Seriously? Must be a childhood trauma you don't remember. Only thing I can think of. The mind is pretty complex. I had a bike accident, when I was young. Needed emergency surgery, and spent some time in intensive care. Internal bleeding, from a ruptured liver. Years later, I was in science class, and we were supposed to dissect some frogs. I couldn't do it. I don't remember the surgery, but my nerve endings did. Every time I went to cut the frog open, I felt a ghost of that pain. I couldn't do it.

I had problems with the frog thing too....being a life long vegan, I could not handle cutting on meat.... I must have driven my poor Momma nuts. I recall her making me sit at the table for hours with some dead critter on my plate. Then my Papa and Grand had a talk with her, and I could have any veggie I wanted. Anyway, I do not know where the worm phobia came from.... but, as I said... I am much better now...
