They just do not make cartoons like they used too. Cartoons at that time were mostly humorous and silly. Now they are just silly.

How true, we used to have a Saturday where they showed cartoons for half a day for a quarter, for kids.

For that quarter we saw cartoons and a feature like Roy Rogers, Buck Rogers and many others. Saturday was a fun time downtown Denver. Usually at the Tabor Theater.

I liked Fog Horn, Road Runner, Bugs Bunny, Tom & Jerry, Bullwinkle etc...
Cartoons anymore just aren't what they used to be.

Those were some great cartoons that I enjoyed also. My kids used to watch them all morning on saturday, when they were home.

I think those were last I ever watched until my son was born...I remember specifically looking for them or buying DVD's of them for him to watch as well..
He was more Dora, Dora, Sponge Bob etc..Just not the same...He would sit laughing at Tom &Jerry, the most.. Good Times, Louie..
