BUTTE , MONTANA Shotgun preteen vs. I*****l a***n Home Invaders...Two i*****l a***ns, Ralphel Resindez, 23, and Enrico Garza, 26, probably believed they would easily overpower home-alone 11-year-old Patricia Harrington after her father had left their two-story home. It seems the two crooks never learned two things: they were in Montana and Patricia had been a clay-shooting champion since she was nine. Patricia was in her upstairs room when the two men broke through the front door of the house. She quickly ran to her father's room and grabbed his 12-gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun. Resindez was the first to get up to the second floor only to be the first to catch a near point blank blast of buckshot from the 11-year-old's knee-crouch aim. He suffered fatal wounds to his abdomen and g*****ls. When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and staggered out into the ...street where he bled



to death before medical help could arrive. It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45-caliber handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. That victim, 50-year-old David 0'Burien, was not so lucky. He died from stab wounds to the chest.

She is still alive. Now THAT is Gun Control!

The reason no other major news picked up on this story is it is a complete f**e, a story falsely posted so that gun-toting morons would re-post it and make complete fools of themselves!

Raylan, For months now I have read your posts with utter disdain for your views and comments however I stifled my impulse to voice my opinion against those ramblings simply because I refuse to lower myself to your level which to me is sub-gutter. Having said that I simply was sharing a e-mail I received exactly as it was sent to me which I thought some on this Forum might find interesting. I did not fact check as I normally do, my bad, but question your source since they also reported the producer of the film that President Obama claimed that led to the problem in B******i did not exist. I did confirm later that in fact that story I posted was fiction and for that I apologize to the forum. Lesson learned for the future. I take p***e in my postings being factual and the one time I let my guard down it got me. Will not happen again. However, Do refrain from your name calling in responding to me in the future. I do believe name calling is for people with low I.Q. that have a hard time expressing themselves due to inadequate or dysfunctional vocabulary. Thank You

Since you so obviously do not believe in "gun toting," and you have made a fool of yourself more than once, what sort of moron do you consider yourself? Other than the kind who doesn't "tote guns"? Is your criteria for the determination of "moron" status going armed, or making a fool of yourself? If so, why is one more valid than the other? The State of GA has around 400,000 licensed CCP holders. A tiny fraction of one percent of them have ever been arrested for a firearms related crime. Less than 20 last year, out of 400,000. Far more non-gun owners were arrested and convicted of murder.
