Obama has found away to have more enrollees in Obamacare. He just changed the definition of enrollee. If one goes on the web and fills out any forms then he/she is considered an enrollee even if they have not actually chosen a plan and paid the fee. The numbers will look much better this way. One cannot believe anything Obama tells you.
