I am not so sure that many of our people really have any idea what that machine is. However, I bet they may find out if they stood in its way when it was doing its job. My son wouldn't be willing go work on it after it cut its way through a hundred or so protesters because he wouldn't want to clean the thing up with all the blood and skin in it.

I am not a farmer, my garden is only about two acres and is done by hand. But it looks as if it could be used to plant the seeds that the plow has made furrows for. I am probably way off however.

Darned sure not any kind of planter. It is an attachment for a combine to harvest row crops, like milo, corn, soybeans etc. It is a monster though in that some places they still use 4 row machines and that one is several times that big. I think it may be about 24 rows so 6 times as big as a 4. In other words that is part of a combine.
