Substitute ANY Organized Religion's Title and the Points are still valid. Organized Religions start wars, PERIOD.
From a man not interested in due process of law, it is humorous for you to point out legal disagreements.

Religions have not always recognized " due process of law ". In the middle ages priests were not allowed to be prosecuted in civil courts. The catholic church reserved the right to judge their own and the kings allowed it. That attitude was still prevelant until most recently ie: the priest p*******e " scandal "

In middle ages the Catholic Church judged kings, how then should they submit to the judgment of kings?

Kings were anointed by divine fiat. That placed them above mortal judgement.

Ah, but it didn't place them out of the purview of the Church. As is well documented.

no, that's why wars were started. All sides claiming God is on their side. That's also why Henry 8 separated England ( his lecherous intent not withstanding ).

What war was started by this?

The crusades for one.
I did not know the Henry VIII's separation from the Church of Rome led to the crusades.
It was not any organized religion, like Presbyterians, Lutherns, Christian organizations, etc, that put us in Viet Nam, or Korea, or Iraq and Afganistan. Lets keep with reality!

It was also organized religion that gave the energy to the American Civil Rights Movement which enabled that movement to succeed in liberating the African-Americans who had suffered under the Jim Crow laws of the states that used to be part of the old Confederacy. It is also organized religion that drives the Salvation Army to provide feeding and housing services to indigent people. It is also organized religion that drives the housing ministry of Habitat for humanity, building houses in partnership with people who need them.
The lesson from all this is: If you are involved with organized religion, make sure your organization is organized for wholesome goals, and not for the goal of making some person or group more powerful.
