We need to curb our fear of what may happen & take faith in our self that we as individuals provide the main effort to carry on the task needed.

We need to put our fears aside because most of us now do the things that will always need doing. We also have what is need to adjust to what will happen.
For willing or unwilling we will adapt.

People are always being replaced because of death or some one has a better way of doing things. These people come from the type of people we are.

As we replace those in power we gain power & it will be up to each of Us to use that power wisely for the good of all.

For if you wish to be a leader & gain influence over others & you use that influence to empower others you will be a true leader.

Just sharing our knowledge with others can be an influence to others.

For where all is said & done & no matter our position in life we are all quite ordinary.

When we put our trust in others we empower them.

We have been putting our trust in many that we should not have.

Again I lack the ability to use the words to best put that point across.

That is the only way I see out of the dilemma we find our self in.

How we live day to day is what is of most important to each of Us.

Each of Us needs each other for that day to day living'

Each of us needs the others well being to be good.

Under standing each other is of great importance.
