Blood in the water

The evening news, a few nights ago, showed Russian jets buzzing and harassing an American ship. It was also reported that American Diplomates are being singled out and harassed, emails hacked, apartments entered, and in some cases, tires slashed. Russia has also poked its finger in America's eye regarding the situation in Syria. Anyone, who has been listening, also realizes China is on the move.
While blood in the water is merely a metaphor, the actions of these two countries are telling. They sense weakness. China is rapidly building military strength while America's Navel Strength, it has been said, is less than pre-WWII levels. Also, if one can believe what they read, the best military leaders have been sacked by this president.
Another point of interest, to those who profess atheism, Russia, and its citizens are coming back to the church. I don't care if one is a pagan worshiper of idols, or a Sun God worshiper, a nation has to have a belief worth fighting to protect.
Russia and China have probably determined that America has become, just, a bunch of politically correct sissies and perverts. Hence, nothing to be afraid of.

Our surface Navy is down to pre-WWII levels. We are in much better shape submarine wise. What we lack is t***sport and support capability, and surface warships.
