Who is your favorite super villain?

I think one of my favorites has to be The Joker's sidekick, Harley Quinn. I just can't help laughing at her. She's psychotic, but there also seems to be a sort of innocence about her. She is one of the most tragically funny characters I've ever seen...If that makes any sense. I've always loved her dialog too. Very well written. Can't help wondering if the writer is also psychotic. He writes it a little too well.
