A woman who wants an a******n can easily get it for free.
How about controlling urges? To me that makes more sense than murder as a solution to lack of morals. With free birth control available everywhere there is no excuse for unwanted pregnancy and any way you cut it, a******n is not the solution in other than extraordinary circumstances .

You obviously have no knowledge of how the system works.
A mother is not awarded piles of cash depending on her number of children. Food stamps, perhaps rent and utility assistance, and Medicaid are the primary benefits and little extra in cash. Multiple children homes are checked on in person by case workers and with little if any advance notice.
There are always those who abuse the system but not nearly as many as you think. The system is not perfect but to murder a growing baby because the mother is a low life is exactly what I called it. MURDER. And an asinine way to address the problem.
I suggest that instead of believing what you are told and looking at low incident situations, you learn about the matter.
