The Drug Cartels of Mexico have pretty much destroyed Mexico, so if joining up with ISIS helps Chapa and his kind gain access to AMERICA, so be it. The Cartels will bring ISIS across our borders using the same routes they have for years. Drop a couple off every 20 to thirty miles for the best coverage.
