The fact that the FBI had to close the investigation because there was no proof that a crime had been committed, is reminiscent of pre stalker laws days when the victim had to actually be attacked before the stalker could be arrested (I know, I lived it). It wasn't until a famous actress was attacked that the laws were changed, saving many lives. How many Americans have to die before this administration will admit that our "War on Terrorism" has reached our soil and they start making the changes needed to protect American citizens?

I feel 100% the same way about Graham as you do and couldn't believe that he could say ANYTHING that I would agree with - but he's right about intelligence gathering and being able to continue surveillance: "How could we close the file because we can’t prove a crime?” Graham asked on Fox News. “This is not about him buying an assault weapon; this is about the government closing his file because they could not prove a crime.
