Never had a lion as a pet. but I had a Shepard that wanted to be by my side most of the time. One day I went out of the carport door of the house to water the lawn when I felt something touch my leg. To my surprise there was my dog. She must had watch me man times open that door and learned how to pull down on the handle. Never left that door unlocked, ever again.
