It is if it's forced on us! And, doctors are forced to take patients!
It's also called c*******m, but then most Democrats are closet c*******ts anyway, so it doesn't surprise me.

Forcing people to do what they do not choose to do under threat of punishment IS equal to s***ery. You either don't understand what liberty is all about, or you don't care if you become a s***e.

The next forced thing to come is telling our kids and grandkids what they can become when they grow up..No more dreams. C*******m is the ultimate goal here!

Doctors swear an oath. Forcing someone to honor their oath is nether s***ery nor c*******m. Virginia is treating oath breakers like criminals.
Whether force by a whip on the back or fining you in dollars or a prison sentence is a forced situation. Both of them is s***ery. If you refused or run, they come after you. I would call that s***ery. We are slowly losing our rights and you fellows know it. Any one that can't see we are becoming a divided nation, has been sleeping the last few years. We need to turn most of the politicians in Washington out to pasture and let them graze on the same crap they are feeding us. There are many on both sides that need to go. They know to take complete control is divide and then conquer, and that is what they are doing and it is working out for them.

 However, requiring someone to do something they do not want to do would be considered s***ery. Is it your contention that the government should be able to tell physicians who their patients can and cannot be?

No where in the Hippocratic Oath does it say a physician has to accept patients by government fiat.

AuntiE, wanna bet he has no idea what the doctor swears to? If I remember correctly his oath isn't to treat everyone the government dictates to him to treat.

I don't think the problemis, who is force to treat or not. I think the problem will be, the doctors taking on the Obama care plan or just retiring. Will their be enough doctors for everybody. You know the doctors offices will be full of bee stings and band aid cuts, when it becomes free.

In this instance, he probably does not as he was a Navy Corpsman.
