TWO MORE

my new years resolution
was to find a solution
to my misshapen figure
and lack of vim and vigor
the feeling was rather grim
so I signed up for the gym
first came the orientation
and equipment demonstration
I was told of suitable clothes
something loose that flows
I said the reason and the point
of me being in this joint
and why i signed up tonite
is all my clothes are tight

men wake up looking pretty much the same as they did
the night before when they went to bed
while women wake up looking an awful fright
they manage to deteriorate during the night

glad to hear you are a gym rat Louie
there's just one thing the matter with being a gym rat
it will make you an old man
I don't run any more
but I walk at least six miles a week
I still work on my irons
just don't use as much weight as I used to
pretty dam fit for an old geezer

Glad to hear that! I ride a stationary bike for 23 minutes now and plan to raise my time every other time I go to the gym.
Work on tricep's, bicep's, Rear deltoid, deltoid fly, and many leg exercises. I have had to have a drop in weight also from what I did ten years ago. So glad to hear that you are some type of fitness person. I believe it will extend our lives.
