22nd chapter

Verse 1

God is the designer and sustainer of all life. Those who choose to be wicked will be destroyed. At this time in the future there will be no wicked and those left make Godly decisions. At this time life will be pleasant for those still alive. Like water makes plants grow good decisions make your life more pleasant. This living water may be knowledge that will sustain life.

Verse 2

In Genesis the tree of life is taken from mankind. In Revelation those left behind can once again enjoy its fruit. An interesting point is before the fall Adam was not told to avoid the tree of life. He could have eaten from the tree of life and lived forever.

Verse 3

All who offend will have been destroyed. Serving God is not unpleasant.

Verse 4 and 5

The preposition is in and not on. While your forehead is covered with skin, your brain is in your forehead. It will not be necessary to teach God’s word because God will insure everyone knows it.

Verse 6

All life comes from God and was made by God. Let’s look at some numbers. This earth is 25,000 miles around. It orbits a sun that is 93,000,000 miles away. The distance the earth travels around the sun is 584,040,000 miles. The time it takes for the earth to orbit the sun is one year or 365.25 days. If you divide the distance traveled by the time it takes to travel the distance, you will see that we are orbiting the sun at a speed of over 18 miles a second. That is a little more than 24 times faster than a bullet fired by a high powered rifle. I can make pancakes. God built this universe.

Verse 7

This statement applies to the whole bible. Our worship should not be a public show. If you read the 6th chapter of Matthew you see that prefers private worship. Everything we do to honor God should be between us and Him. It doesn’t matter how much you are moved by songs if you get high.

Verse 8 and 9

Angels are messengers and helpers. Like people some are good and some are bad. This depends on the choices they make. Only God should be worshipped.

Verse 10

While Daniel was sealed Revelation was meant to be understood. There is no excuse for it not to be taught. Everything the bible predicted to happen is happening now.

Verse 11 and 12

Those that teach that faith is all that is needed could not have read these verses. Everyone will not be saved and those that think they are , are deceived. If you understand the bible and satan has deceived the whole world, then most people should disagree with you. God will view your faith as hypocrisy. Your faith should be backed up with action.

Verse 13 through 15

Those outside of the Christian community live useless lives. It is centered on fleshly pleasure and if you think about it, there is no difference between their mindset and that of a dog. Satan does his best work behind a pulpit. The first are last and the last are first. The last ones who should be teaching the bible are teaching. The ones with the least understanding of scripture are teaching others. The ones who should be teaching because they understand what they read are argued down by those who have been deceived by satan. They are more content to win a battle but lose the war.

Verse 16

The churches were in Asia. The Holy Spirit forbade Paul from going to Asia but he went anyway. Paul wrote to Timothy that everyone is Asia turned their back on him. Even though Paul was told not to go, this message was given to John for the seven churches in Asia. The churches made a large circle to show that this message is for the whole earth. We are in God’s hands.

Verse 17 through 21

Explaining a scripture is not adding to it. The rapture adds to scripture because Jesus doesn’t mention it. Jesus says in Mark 13:23 that He told us everything. Why would God reveal to Paul things He didn’t tell His own son?

You're right. There will be no rapture or tribulation, those are Christian, Pauline myths. The OT is complete concerning the Messiah, from birth to resurrection. There will be three "days of the Lord". The first is called VWD Day and all of the Messiah's enemies will burst into flames. Psalm 37:20, Psalm 97:3. It stands for Vengeance, Wrath, and Destruction. This is what the Messiah's trial will be for. At that same time, all the wicked will be cut off on what I call "Judgment Day", it will affect 97% of earth's inhabitants. Isaiah 24:6.
