Very interesting article by a registered Democrat who has spent close to 25 years in the DOJ and knows a bit about some of the rules there. He now teaches in a university school of laws and it seems to me that he has thought this one through, completely. This source is not right leaning but it does lean to what the real law is. Try reading it to determine which of us will be happy with an indictment. He thinks it has to happen but does talk about how it might not happen and the fact that it could die from things that our President and his Secretary of DOJ could do to protect her from jail, at least.
