Donald TrumpDuring a campaign rally in San Diego on Friday, Trump verbally attacked the federal judge overseeing the lawsuit against him for allegedly defrauding students through his failed Trump University venture.

U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel on Friday ordered to unseal materials, including Trump University procedures that had previously been published and described by a previous judge as “routine” and “commonplace.” A class-action lawsuit accuses Trump University of misleading thousands of people who paid up to $35,000 for seminars to learn about real estate investment strategies. A separate suit was filed by the New York attorney general.

During his rally, Trump called the judge “a h**er of Donald Trump” and a “very hostile” person who had “railroaded” him.

“Everybody says it, but I have a judge who is a h**er of Donald Trump, a h**er. He’s a h**er. His name is Gonzalo Curiel,” Trump said. “I think Judge Curiel should be ashamed of himself. I think it’s a disgrace that he’s doing this. The judge, who happens to be, we believe, Mexican…I think the Mexicans are going to end up loving Donald Trump.”

Curiel was born in Indiana to immigrant parents. He worked for several years as a criminal prosecutor before being appointed a federal judge by President Barack Obama.

Moments before suggesting the judge was Mexican, the crowd was chanting Trump’s mantra to “build that wall.”

The Wall Street Journal described the tirade as “one of his most personal attacks against an apolitical figure since becoming the presumptive Republican p**********l nominee.”

After verbally attacking the judge, Trump on Memorial Day continued his comments on Twitter:

“I have a judge in the Trump University civil case, Gonzalo Curiel (San Diego), who is very unfair. An Obama pick. Totally biased-h**es Trump”

“I should have easily won the Trump University case on summary judgement (sic) but have a judge, Gonzalo Curiel, who is totally biased against me.”

Meanwhile, a Trump spokeswoman on Monday suggested Curiel’s membership in a Latino lawyers association not only makes him biased against Trump, but also connects him to “criminal rallies” and “criminal protesters.”

Spokeswoman Katrina Pierson appeared on CNN’s New Day and criticized Curiel for being a member of the La Raza Lawyer’s Association.

“I think what’s really interesting about this particular judge — as Mr. Trump refers to him as a ‘Trump h**er’ — is he even mentions on his judicial questionnaire that he was a La Raza Lawyers Association member,” Pierson said. “This is an organization that has been out there organizing anti-Trump protesters with the Mexican f**gs — they are pushing it. The signs have been very apparent. And so Mr. Trump is just stating the obvious.”

New Day host Alisyn Camerota replied that Curiel is actual U.S.-born and asked “Why’s [Trump] saying he’s Mexican? What’s the point?”

At first Pierson said Trump only said “we believe” Curiel is Mexican, but then added, “Well, it’s because of what we see outside of these rallies, these anti-Trump rallies, these criminal rallies, these criminal protesters out there defacing property and attacking police officers. They’re doing so under the guise of an anti-Trump protest, with their Mexican f**gs, and La Raza and this judge is connected to that.”

In his order to unseal the materials Friday, Curiel not only noted Trump’s position as the likely GOP candidate but also his attacks on the judge, saying Trump “has placed the integrity of these court proceedings at issue.”

Legal experts have said Trump’s conduct could be subject to sanction for indirect criminal contempt of court for impugning the honesty of the judge in a pending case.

Right from the beginning Trump has been whining every time things don't go his way. I do believe Jon Stewart was correct when he first called Trump a Baby-Man or Man-Baby.

Is this how Trump will conduct foreign affairs? He, much too often, uses the phrase, "I love the _________ and they love me." This is a baby who feels he hasn't received sufficient love in is life - that is, love that he can't buy! There are many immature people in this world, but this guy takes the cake. He needs approval so badly, it's sickening.

I would hazard a guess that the majority of Latino lawyers belong to La Raza.

This man would be an embarrassment to this country.

dem2016- I do not like Trump's tirades and have emailed him several times to that effect. It is quite obvious that he has not been challenged much in his lifetime as nobody usually questions the CEO. So, he has some homework to do. That being said, he is still not the subject of an FBI criminal investigation. He was not responsible in any way for: the unnecessary deaths of four Americans in Benhghazi; a failed Middle East foreign policy that has allowed ISIS to thrive; agreeing to allowing Russia to control 20% of uranium production in this country; supporting the Muslim brotherhood in Egypt; the deposing and subsequent k*****g of Ghaddafi which led to ISIS controlling swathes of the country in his absence; and the list goes on. If you want to talk about embarrassment to this country look no further than Hillary Clinton.
She is an absolute disgrace. Good Luck America !!!

There were plenty of Embassy attacks on GOP p**********l watch-no big deal though. 8 B******i hearings-nothing. Email-same as colin and condi. They are even placing Bill Clinton in it and she had nothing to do with it. I remember how ao in here used to create lies about people and the others woul start repeating them. A rightwing mantra if there ever was one..........

You neglected to state that Trump has never been in government. (If you don't go near the water, you can't fall in.) I'm not a Hillary fan by any means but let's be realistic in our attacks.
