Which is hopefully just a large and long-standing practical joke since Muhammad tells us half-way through the Koran that the latter half (a.k.a. the violent half) is the one that we're supposed to use. It's called the Abrogation Clause, and it's hilarious that no one who thinks Islam is a religion of peace has actually read what it's based off of. And if one were to rebuttle with "well yeah, but the good Muslims only use the first half, the one that doesn't talk about Jihad as k*****g infidels, but rather Jihad as spiritual battle against demons", I would question why you believe this. At all. Scenario:

1: "I am a Muslim."
2: "So you follow the Koran and the Prophet Muhammad?"
1: "Yes."
2: "So, you believe in polygamy as he did, the unequal and inherent less human status of women as he did, the replacement with all government with his own as he did, a military theocracy around the world as he did, the unending k*****g of infidels as he did, the sudden Hillary Clinton-esque total change of stature as he did when he returned to Mecca, and the archaic justice system as he did even though everyone that has a brain knows that this isn't a good justice system?"
1: "Well, I mean I'm not THAT kind of Muslim. I'm not radical."
2: "So, radical is following the figure that you say you follow and actually following the book you say you follow, instead of picking and choosing what is and what is not cool with you. Religion is just kind of like a buffet where you can choose what parts of the Koran you want and what you don't?"
1: "Well, essentially. I mean I'm all for the systemic oppression of women and I don't really see a problem with the public stoning of men that touch women that aren't going to be their wife(s). But the other stuff is bad, I don't really have the time to take a Haj."
2: "... So you're not actually Muslim, you're an apathetic Muslim? You're like an Old Testament guy."
1: "Death to all unbelievers."
2: "K, nvrm."

The so called 'good' Muslims are referred to as MINO's Muslim in name only, and the Mullah's won't accept that.

But the point is that they're not really Muslim. They don't follow i***tic teachings, they may just like the culture of the Middle East and therefore would be "Arabic", "Kurdish", or something of that nature. They could just be afraid to admit that Islam is a failed political religion and thus do not read the Koran when you can get it for free on any smartphone, tablet, or computer.

I love this~~Dog also posted it and I've been back to it a couple of times just to read and listen to the music

The name of the song is Today, Tomorrow and Forever done by Ernesto Cortazar on Memories of the Fall...

Thank You as well...You need to come visit our music threads, three different ones and either listen to the music and hopefully post some you like...Always listening to something when I'm here reading and posting..

Love it, Taz~~~

'Good' music can be life's inspiration, my favorite would be Beethoven's sixth 'pastoral symphoney'.For pure joy and good feeling I would pick the French national anthem"La Marseille", and for all around good time drinking, 'Big Joe Williams' "Rather Be Sloppy Drunk",.bearing mind that "variety is the spice in life".

Thanks, Tom. I think the same of you. Actually I believe most people here at OPP are nice and decent people, and those who are not were not raised well OR they suffered some horrific events later in life that has turned them sour and makes them want to put everyone else in the same spot they feel they are in. One day you and I may want to sit down and truly discuss politics. Some think of politics as something to avoid. Some think of it as a game. I see politics VERY differently than many people do......some think life is mostly about government. I think government should have practically NO ROLE IN ANYONE'S LIFE BECAUSE WHEN IT DOES, FREEDOM IS ON ITS WAY OUT.
