He gets 10% in the national polls, I hear, is that enough to sway conservatives to support him?

Will he actually get the nomination on Sunday?

A different animal from extremist anti'gov't conservatives.
There are plenty of fiscal conservatives who don't h**e everyone who worships differently, look differently, or are successful in life; or any combination of the above and/or anything that doesn't immediately come to mind.

From his profile on Wikipedia, he's been a very busy guy. I agree with every stance he takes. And he got a lot of people pissed off at him. He did not back down without a fight.
I'm a Libertarian at heart. And a dev**ed Trumper. I KNOW that Johnson will pull v**es from Trump. Third party always does.
If Rand Paul had stuck to Libertarian principles instead of throwing in with the Establishment, he might be in Trump's shoes. (Maybe not, but I can dream).

Conservatives are not necessarily libertarians. Johnson won't pull more than about 5% even if he gets on the b****t.

They are not necessarily NOT libertarian either.
The Libertarian Party is already on every state's b****t.
So it is either Johnson who is most known or one of two other candidates for the top spot.

The only thing Johnson will accomplish is to take some v**es away from Trump and give Hillary an advantage, which, as much as I dislike Trump, would not want to see because the alternative is so much worse.

This cycle I doubt that it has to be Johnson, there are people who will v**e Libertarian as a statement against Trump.
This is what happens when rational people embrace those who h**e democracy.

I believe he is on the b****t and I'm told he has qualified for and will be part of the ensuing debates which will revolve around Trump and Hillary.

Apparently Libertarians are willing to put feel good about yourself, ahead of repairing this nation, because they have no chance of electing their man.

I tried to talk sense to one. I told him that there are a gazillion people discussing Trump and Hillary, and he wanted me to go to some website to learn about Johnson.

I told him that just that requirement alone should be enough for him to see it's too late already for their guy, but He thinks 6 months is plenty of time to overcome the year's of public notoriety the other two enjoy.

The convention doesn't make a choice until Sunday.
Tho, he has run for the Oval Office twice before for the Libertarian Party, so maybe they will go with the tried and true.
At least people know his name.
Libertarians believe what they believe.
They have a right to cast a v**e that speaks to that just as extremist right wingers have a right to send people to Congress who don't believe in governing.
FGS, you all are planning to v**e for a guy who six months ago was making a 50% of you gag.
Be honest, better yet go back and check the threads. There were few who were Trump people.
If you think that Mr. Trump will continue the US on the path of greatness you are deluding yourselves.

Yeah. Sure.

If course you want a 3rd party candidate. You figure it would pull v**es from Trump. You aapparently believe your own PR and are scared to death of Trump or else to you he would be a non sequitur not worthy of disparaging.

Okay. We'll see. Many of the libs I know refuse Hillary. They are honest enough to admit she is a criminal and a t*****r, and they plan to v**e for Trump because they are bright enough to know he will prosecute her. Of course thw libs I know receive no freebies.

No, I don't think Trump will continue us on the path of greatness. I think he will take us from where we are and put us on the path.

If.you think Hillary is the answer to all our problems, you are admitting Obama caused all those problems, and if you want more of the same, it is you who are deluded.

Libs don't refuse Hillary, gullible people do.
I just asked a question about Johnson, I do think that there are many of you would v**e for a Libertarian Party candidate because you know that Donald Trump isn't a conservative. There has been plenty of acknowledgement that he doesn't represent the right wing of the party. Any fool knows that with his history he is not anti-a******n. Does anyone really believe he hasn't paid for a few?
DJT is a narcissist, he has no loyalty.
Even you should recognize that.

You will have to define criminal and t*****r for me.
There are no indicators that she is either.
I know it has a fun ring to it, it is just a lie, however.

I will v**e for either Bernie Sanders or Hillary. I will not v**e for Jill Stein because she is not on the b****t in all 50 states.
