Popularity of the Name Raylan
Raylan is brand-spanking-new to the American male naming charts. He only first appeared in 2011 so we can hardly ascertain his staying-power just yet. The name entered the charts at position #701 which is an impressive first-time debut. American parents are most famous for outright name inventions, so this is just the latest example of a now long list. There’s no meaning behind the name Raylan which makes it a little ho-hum lackluster. But we get the attraction to its sound.

His mammy and pappy named him Ray.
But he turned f*ggot when he grew up so he changed his name to Raylan.
Your obsession with my moniker is quite childish, a pathetic attempt to upset myself, which only proves how juvenile you actually are! By the way, I am beyond reproach, especially from a person, as despicable as yourself.

If I remember correctly, republican leadership concurred that vets need the help, but stated that this is no time to be adding to our debt load by passing bills loaded with unnecessary expenditures not aimed at providing for the target population.. namely our veterans.
I do not believe the caring left bothered to remove the pork or in any other way rewrite the bill to ensure its passage for our vets. Apparently the scope of their loving care terminates abruptly if there is nothing in it for them.

If you remember? The onset of Alzheimer's eh?
On a 56-41 v**e, Democrats failed to muster the 60 v**es needed to waive the procedural v**e necessary to move the legislation to the full Senate for a v**e. Two Republicans, Dean Heller of Nevada and Jerry Moran of Kansas, v**ed with the Democrats.
"We're not going to be intimidated on this," GOP Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama said before the v**e. "We're going to do the right things for the veterans of America."
Under the bill, more veterans would have become eligible for in-state college tuition, even improved dental care — and some wounded troops left unable to have children would have received fertility or adoption services.
In addition, the Veteran's Administration would have received more resources to ease its backlog of cases, and the bill would have bolstered programs for veterans who suffered sexual abuse. According to our GOP friends this is 'Pork'.
How patriotic of them!

You did well discussing the good points of the bill.
Now discuss the negative portions including ALL the pork.
I can't. I have Alzheimer's. Right?
