What makes you think that Nancy Reagan would need Ronny to SEND her on vacations?
Now, I am not sure she was all that bright, but, I think she could probably manage a vacation plan.
After all, she managed to convince ol' Ron that he needed a second wife.

It would be an interesting question for Melania to answer, wouldn't it?
Does she regret those pictures? After all, if she didn't attract Donald's attention with this willingness to present herself provocatively she may not be Mrs. Trump. The poor thing would still be a struggling immigrant who would of necessity return to the homeland to re-up her work visa every few months. I believe that is the myth that has been put forward about what is necessary.

Nice of you to stick up for them but I don't think Donald Trump knows how to be in a loving relationship with anyone but himself. And my comments towards MT are only based on her actions. She loves Donalds wallet and what the name brings to her. I doubt she is any different than wife number one or wife number two.
