BALTIMORE (AP) — A Baltimore police officer has been acquitted of assault and other charges in the arrest of Freddie Gray, a young black man who died a week after he was critically injured in police custody.

A judge found Officer Edward Nero not guilty of misconduct in office and reckless endangerment. The judge announced his verdict on Monday.

Nero was one of six Baltimore police officers charged in the case. He waived his right to a jury trial, opting instead to argue his case before Circuit Judge Barry Williams.

I hope that officer Edward Nero will: 1) Receive all back pay, with interest; 2) File a claim for complete disability, due to PTSD caused by his malicious prosecution on false charges, and receive full retirement benefits; 3) File suit against the silly b***h Marilyn J. Mosby, and the office of the Baltimore City State's Attorney, for "Malicious Prosecution", and wins. That would be real justice.

Ms.Mosby needs to be charged for her statements after the r**ts her pointed message is the reason her case against these officers will not hold up in court.She needs to be disbarred in Maryland.If a conservative lawyer had said what she said he'd already be disbarred why because unlike democrats conservatives we don't tolerate racebaiting if one of ours is unethical he will be disbarred.That's how you know who stands up for justice and who can be corrupted.Democrats don't want justice they want to destroy the system so thugs will come to their rescuse,want our children to be raped by p*******es in middle since only 0.2% of the population is t*********red.They make all illegal drugs legal so they keep the population as s***e to their rule.How they trample on the constitution.Always want to push Christians in areas they don't want to go.How they are trying to destroy our sovereignty and want us to be ruled by the U.N like the European union..
