Everyone knows I am not a Trump supporter but just having a lawsuit filed against one does not make that person guilty of wrong doing. How many have been successful with a judgment against Trump?

The point is, and I am not a Hillary supporter, that people and there are plenty right here scream, holler...moan and groan about being convinced that the FBI is going to find that HRC is guilty of something/anything because Congresspersons who were put into office by a few districts in the House waste something like 14 million dollars investigating her over and over and over and over.
And yet, when someone brings up information about Mr. Trump being in FEDERAL court (meaning that doesn't cover local suits) the response is a shrug and a challenge about successful suits. You do know that it takes big bucks most of the time to win in court against a billionaire who LOVES going to court, correct?

Learn to read, it would be very helpful to you.
He was not charged for that... it was legal. It is just an indication of the lack of character the man continues to display.
Thousands of people lost their businesses due to the disaster that was 9/11 and the self proclaimed multi-billionaire took money meant for them.

You learn to understand what you read,He qualified under ESDC rules and as you said it was legal so that should be the end of this non story but the guy who wrote it and you try to squeeze out something that isn't there.Who amoung us doesn't take what is legally ours,do you pay more taxes than you owe,do you pay more for things you buy than the advertised price,of course not.Just because he is Trump why does have an obligation according too your interpretation to throw himself on his sword. This is nothing more than BS from you.by the way it also says something about struggling businesses on lower Manhattan,if you have a business in lower Manhattan you ain't struggling.

You see, that is the difference between a socialist and a greedy person.
Yes, I do pay more taxes than I owe. I haven't taken a refund which I would have been entitled to for six years.
I don't need the money, my country is floundering in debt and needs to help those less fortunate.
I am a socialist.
The issue is not that the man is Trump, the issue is that he took something meant for people who needed it to survive.
You know, those people whom you denigrate for not being smart enough, whom you disdain for not working hard enough because when the towers came down these business people had made the bad choice of being in the neighborhoods of WTC.
THAT is who that fund was designated for.
While you obviously don't quite get it I will take a second to explain to you that if the building that your business is located in is crushed by the WTC as it crumbles you are not only 1. struggling, you are 2. out of business.
So while Congress didn't have the foresight to make it illegal to take these funds when you're not entitled to them because your business is not even close to the affected area, it makes that businessman unethical.
It makes people who support his actions guilty relative ethics.
So, go right ahead and justify his actions. It makes the point that you, and those like you, will fall for the fairy tale that is the email witch hunt and the tail wagging B******i investigation(s) while excusing the actions of a greedy billionaire simply because he says what you want to hear.

Yeah, "weekly standard". That's Bill Cristol and Steven Hayes, not exactly big supporters. Isn't he the guy who pushed for a third party run?

Granny has a big mouth! She should stick to dipping snuff. She might keep her teeth longer.
