Program work, what a waste of resources. Job might be in the community so it helps the community but at some point the job ends. Spend, spend, spend and hope.

Answer me a question did you read the entire summer opportunity fund that got allocated. This gets allocated every year by Congress. It was not Obama who created these funds it was the republican controlled house that allocated these funds for summer jobs. Obama does not have the authority to spend these funds What pisses me off is you take one piece and throw it out as a negative read the whole article not just a right wing hack site that takes one piece of the summer jobs bill and not explain where all these funds are being spent. Get out of that box of h**e your in. Obama did not create this congress created it and congress is controlled by republicans.
