This article essentially says that tropical storms bring in lots of water to southeastern US forests, that replenish the aquifer, and stimulate plant and tree growth. That the end result is that in wet years, those forests convert more CO2 than is produced by all automobiles in the US. Plants take in CO2 during phosysthesis and give off oxygen.
There were no implications in the article that c*****e c****e was caused by humans. Rightly So!
There's nothing bogus about the term c*****e c****e. Just human caused c*****e c****e, for which there is no scientific proof.
