This article is one of the most accurate regarding this issue I have ever seen. One other thing...The US Constitution was written for exactly 6 purposes...They are listed in the preamble. There are 6, not 5, not 200....SIX! Not one of those mention limiting the government or anything else. In fact it says in the last and most important statement "to secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity." It DOES limit the government, ours and others AND it limits the people (your neighbor cannot come over and tell you that you MUST be Catholic or cannot own a gun or you can't live there) but it is incidental to the preamble, aka mission statement. That's why discrimination IS constitutional...liberty. Remember, it is the things we DON'T like that keeps us free. It is the proof we are free. Too many people try to read things into the document that it is not there. Read it...it says it all in itself. Bravo David. Read Article VI...that tells who is effected and how we are to conduct ourselves. No lawyer, scholar or politician can say otherwise. MAKE THEM ADHERE TO THEIR OATHS OR IMPEACH EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE BASTARDS!!! ESPECIALLY the scotus! The corrupt justice system is the reason we don't have a Constitution any more. By the way, there is one other big thing looming...the act of 1871...it's a serious game changer if you ask me and it needs to be dealt with.
