The Deeds of the sons of Cain
In 1 Chronicles 1:1 and Genesis 5:1 – 5 Cain is not listed as a son of Adam, to find out why you should do your own research. First we will start with what Cain did. First he presents a gift to God from the ground God had cursed in Genesis 3:17 – 19. During the dialogue between God and Cain, Cain gets sarcastic with God himself. He has killed his brother when his brother did nothing to him. (Maybe he thought since he couldn’t see God that perhaps God wasn’t watching him). God knows what Cain did and sentences Cain accordingly. Cain shows no concern for his brother and feels his punishment is too severe. God puts a mark on Cain so that others won’t kill him. (Let me ask a question and make a statement: if the only people on earth are Adam, Eve, and Cain who is Cain talking about? Finally we can choose our actions but not consequences). Cain is banished from God’s presence and marries a wife in Nod. (Where did Cain find a wife if there are only three people on earth)?
These are the deeds of the sons of Cain. Cain’s father is satan. There are people on this planet who are biologically related to satan.
· Building cities- They became architects, engineers, and city planners. They were the leaders and directors who designed and planned.
· They started polygamy- God said in Geneses 2:24 that a man should leave his father and mother and cleave to his wife. To the sons of Cain one wife is not enough. Now the family unit is all but destroyed. I was actually confused when I grew up and started looking at girls differently. Children have a nasty habit of growing up. Everyone behaves as if their lives will never change. We have let the left through the media destroy the concept of marriage and family. A normal family with a husband, mother and children are the building blocks of every strong nation.
· Some became ranchers- Nothing bad to say but we seem to believe that some jobs are more masculine than others.
· Some became musicians- One of the most useless professions is that of a songwriter. Most other professions do something for someone else. We glorify entertainers who don’t help anyone but themselves.
· Some became metallurgists- Let’s get real. Trains weren’t invented yet and they were forbidden from tilling the soil, so they were probably making idols to worship.
· They added to God’s word- God says not to add or take away from His word. This shows the arrogance of the sons of Cain. Just because they say it and people believe it doesn’t mean God will accept it.
Kenites mean sons of Cain.

Spot on. Except that Adam and Eve weren't the first 2 people on earth. Adam and Eve were created on the 8th day. Genesis 2:1-25. But man and women were created on the 6th day Genesis 1:26-31. And since a day with the Lord is as a thousand years for man, man had been on earth thousands of years before Adam and Eve were created.
Jesus also referred to Cain as being 'of your father the devil', and again in the parable of the wheat and tares, when he said 'an enemy has planted the tares' which resembled wheat but was poisonous.
These, and many other biblical truths, are all clearly taught by Shepherd's Chapel which teaches the bible online, line by line, verse and chapter for those who have an appetite to learn what our heavenly Father has said in the letter he has sent us, the Bible. Have you read the letter?

Hello, Gen 4:1. And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the Lord. Eve conserved with the help of the Lord. She acknowledged that God is the ultimate source of life. In 1 John 3:12 it does not mean that Cain is the biological son of the devil. In chapter 3 it is talking about love of the Father. When Cain killed Able he did not have love of the Father, so he was considered of the evil one. In order to interact scripture one has to read verses before and after to know what the verse actually says. I agree one must study chapter by chapter, verse by verse. But you must not change words when the words are as plain as these are.
