16th chapter Revelation

Verse 1 and 2

You can tell who has the mark of the beast by the words they speak. It will like a scar on their forehead. They will rarely say anything that makes sense. Or as Peter says, “they speak great swelling words of ignorance”.

Verse 3

Instead of washing your sins in the blood of Jesus which means letting the bible guide your life their sins are washed in the blood of a dead man which means they listen to hearsay. Satan gets you early and it is difficult to believe that the whole world is deceived by satan. If they are deceived and you are speaking the truth, they cannot believe you. You know you are doing something right if those that don’t know disagree with you as soon as you open your mouth or condemn your character for asking a question.

Verse 4

The waters are being poisoned. Just like water sustains life, making good decisions sustains your spirit. Your spirit is that unseen part of you that keeps you alive. Good decisions make a successful life. Bad decisions hurt you in the long run. These people that act like they know what they are talking about don’t have a clue. They spiritualize the word of God until it has no meaning. Because we have chosen this path, we will continue to walk in darkness. We will go from failure to failure having miserable lives and blaming others for the problems we caused to our own lives.

Verse 5 through 7

Heaven is really celebrating man’s stupidity. We make bad choices. You will not prosper doing evil. Death should never be a solution to life. All problems are temporary but suicide is permanent.

Verse 8 and 9

We are suffering because we don’t understand God’s word. We don’t need to go back to it. We have never understood it. We blame God for the problems we caused. We pray for God to get us out of situations that were entirely our fault. Blaming anyone but yourself for the problems in your life is a waste of time. Some things should not happen for any reason. Under no circumstances will I violate God’s law. I have been falsely accused but just because a lot of people believe something doesn’t make it true.

Verse 10 and 11

We know the fifth event is the locust army which is really the deception practiced for thousands of years finally coming to a head. What we need to know is that those that believe false doctrines have miserable lives. They blame someone else for the problems caused by their own bad decisions.
