BREAKING: Trump Just Received Stunning News From California…GOP Dumbfounded by the new Numbers...

A new poll of likely v**ers in the upcoming California Republican primary showed billionaire businessman Donald Trump up by higher numbers than previously reported, with an 18 percent lead over Sen. Ted Cruz.

The Sextant Strategies and Capitol Weekly poll had Trump at 41 percent with Cruz at 23 percent. This was welcome news for the Trump campaign, as some polls had been suggesting that the Texas senator had been gaining on him in the run up to the June 7 state primary, according to The Hill.

Up for grabs will be 172 delegates, which could put Trump where he needs to be to score a majority of delegates prior to July’s National Republican Convention and ensure the nomination on the first b****t.

Neither candidate will rely on polling data, though, as the Iowa caucus polling proved incorrect, with some polls showing Trump up by as many as 10 points just before the Cruz win.

CA Poll

Moreover, there is some reason to doubt these poll results.

Sextant Strategies is a political consulting firm that counts political candidates, issue advocacy groups, and labor unions among their clients. With such a high profile race as this, a single poll — particularly one with startling results — could attract more attention to an organization than previous efforts at attracting media attention.

This means that the polling data, while not being incorrect, could be manipulated in such a way as to ensure a result that would secure media attention.

However, a CBS News/YouGov poll also showed similar numbers for California, leading to the conclusion that Trump’s margin of victory, or victory itself, would be more dependent on his ability to get his v**ers to the polls.

This means that the primary may come down to a single question (again): Does Donald Trump have fans or v**ers?

Results in Tuesday’s New York primary would seem to indicate (again) that the answer to question is: He has both.

According to the poll, 15 percent of likely Republican v**ers were still undecided. It would require Cruz to secure virtually all of those v**ers to even make the content competitive, if the poll’s other numbers are accurate.

Please share on Facebook and Twitter and let us know who you think will come away the big winner in the California Republican primary.

Of course the "GOP" is dumbfounded, just like the "DNC" is dumbfounded that Sanders won't go away. Both of those t*****rous entities are chock full of self important, entitled, deluded, out of touch knot heads, that have been used to the masses herding to wherever they were pointed. When some of the sheep began thinking for themselves, they were at a loss to explain how that happened and clueless about what to do about it. All they can think to do, is double down on the sleight of hand tricks, yell and whistle louder. The problem for them is - the sheeps that will respond are already in the corral.

I'm not discounting it.

Like others have said it's the weirdest campaign scenario ever in our history...
Now it might be the most violent too, hope not.
