Judge Refuses for the Second Time to Allow Attorney to Defend Cliven Bundy

Many people may recognize Larry Klayman. He founded Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, which are government watchdogs. However, for a second time a federal judge in Nevada denied Klayman the opportunity to join Cliven Bundy's defense team.

Review Journal reports:

In a two-page order, Gloria Navarro said she will not allow Klayman into the high-profile criminal case until he can give her proof that "ethical disciplinary proceedings" against him in Washington, D.C., have been resolved in his favor.

He filed a petition to enter the Bundy case last month, but Navarro denied his request, questioning his candidness with her about the outcome of the disciplinary proceedings.

His troubles with the Washington bar stemmed from three separate alleged conflicts of interest in litigation involving Judicial Watch after he left the organization as its legal counsel, according to court documents.

Last month, Navarro said she would reconsider letting Klayman into the case if he provided her with the proper documentation of the case's resolution.

Klayman later filed more documents but admitted the matter has not been resolved, Navarro said in her order Tuesday.
For Klayman's part, he believes the judge's decision is wrong and violates Cliven Bundy's rights.

"The judge's ruling will be legally challenged on an expedited basis," he said. "It violates Cliven Bundy's Sixth Amendment constitutional right to counsel and forces Cliven to forfeit his right to a speedy trial.

"The ruling demonstrates that the judge has an extra-judicial bias and prejudice against Cliven Bundy and his counsel, for which disqualification is required," Klayman added. "The judge was recommended by (U.S. Sen.) Harry Reid and appointed by President Barack Obama, and the order wears her political allegiance on her sleeve."

Well, that tells you quite a bit right there. Harry Reid was at the center of the Bundy Ranch issue.

Klayman called out Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah in 2013 when he told him to "put the Quran down" and come out of the White House with his hands up. Mr. Klayman has represented several people who have also challenged Obama's eligibility, taken on the NSA over its illegal spying and sued the DOJ to have Obama deported.

Good grief, okie don, you are asking a LOT from a socialist, aren't you? Thinking is NOT in their vocabulary. Socialists are determined to take over America and just having to murder a few here, a few there, is no big deal to them.....they are apparently well schooled in mass murder. Unfortunately, with too many Americans, a crime out of site is also out of mind, and they elect criminals left and right.....and the problem is that the republican party HELPS them.

I believe the US government leadership's primary goal at present is to get a war started by pitting this group against that group until every group is whittled down to a level that cannot bring down an oppressive government, and I believe most American don't agree with my assessment, don't want to believe I am right, don't WANT TO BELIEVE IT IS TRUE. And maybe it isn't true, but it sure as hell seems like it is as far as I am concerned. I expect we will find out if I am right or wrong before another couple of years have passed - when it will be too late to do anything about it. We are close to it now.

Yes it did, SoL. Just the fact that I am reading the results of a patriotic conflict with a "Marx/Alinsky" government or judicial branch shows that the MSM can no longer "Gruberize" America. There will be Constitutionalist Americans that are now forming groups within the umbrella of our Tea Party ideology who will be glad to sacrifice their honor, blood and treasure for a cause that goes well beyond the confines of "t*****rism" in dealing with those who seem to think they can impede "the wheels of [American] justice that [may] turn slow, but grind exceedingly fine. No "judge" can legally stop the due process of law by refusing the defendant the right to a legal council and defense of their choice. If there happens to be a conflict of interests, I'm sure there are a thousand attorneys in America who would gladly go pro-bono to uphold what now seems to be a diabolical "treason;" on a number of fronts!!!
