9th chapter Revelation

Why did young people in the 60’s suddenly decide the way their parents lived was not for them? The 2 parent household had been working for thousands of years. This culture has no concern for the consequences of their bad decisions. The answer is in verse 1.

Verse 1

We don’t understand that we have to choose whether we will wait on God’s intellectual message which is always better or follow satan’s emotional charged actions which must be done immediately. Anyway the fifth trumpet started with the hippie revolution. The reason everyone embraced mass suicide is that the ideas came from satan.

Verse 2

The ideas straight out of the pits of hell gripped this country in the 60’s. When the air is filled with smoke, and then you can’t see clearly. This is confusion. People who have no idea what the bible teaches are teaching others before they understand themselves. This confusion is worldwide.

Verse 3

You should notice that the locust don’t come out of the pit, but out of the smoke. Out of the confusion of having blind guides we are Christians that are more concerned with what we can get instead of what we can give. The pain one gets from being near them is similar to what happens when you have a pet scorpion. A scorpion doesn’t have wings and can only hurt those that get near it. Being in the same room with those who have deceived minds is just plain irritating.

Verse 4

This not only proves that they aren’t real locusts, but exposes the fact that they are tree huggers. If there is any reason to understand the bible this is it. Understanding God’s word will protect you from the end time deception.

Verse 5

You will notice that even though the deceived minds are painful to be around, they don’t kill. This scripture tells us that the deception will come to an end. One day we will wake from our stupor and realize that we are our own worst enemies.

Verse 6

They won’t even have the courage to kill themselves. Those who attempt suicide will fail. Even though they are trying to help you they make life unbearable.

Verse 7

This describes the character of those with deceived minds. A horse weighs around 1,000 pounds. A war horse looks very threatening. In similar fashion they put on a good show and talk tough. They think they are royalty and others must do what they say. But they have the faces of men because they are men. We are all just people. We are all adults. No one is afraid of anyone.

Verse 8

A woman hair is her glory. Most women are very concerned with their appearance. They spend hours looking in a mirror trying to achieve that special look. In like fashion everything they do is for appearances sake. They are not serious about anything they say or do. The most deadly thing in the African plain is the mouth of a lion. They think the words that come out of their mouth have meaning.

Verse 9

If you desire to hurt them like they hurt you, one will find their chest has a metal covering and you can’t get to their heart. They wanted your vote to get an easy lifestyle but they never cared about helping anyone. When you heard the sound of an approaching army you knew you were in trouble. But sound has no effect on anything. While it is thought that sound has meaning, in reality it is just a bunch of flapping.

Verse 10

This merely says that there is a limited time that these parasites are going to have credibility. They don’t help anyone but themselves and their ideas don’t make any sense.

Verse 11

This is the reason they are effective. Satan is supernatural and doesn’t die. He can put an emotion or a feeling in anyone at any time and doesn’t rest. However he is criminally insane. The Old Testament was written in Hebrew and the New Testament in Greek. Both words mean destruction. The work of satan is to steal, kill, and destroy.

Verse 12

This again shows that the sixth event won’t begin until the fifth event has climaxed. The further out the trumpets the more writing it gets. This is opposite of the length of the actual event. A day with God is like a thousand years to man. Jesus describes these events as birth pangs. There will be less time between the 6th and 7th than the 1st and 2nd. To reiterate, in the 7th event God takes over this planet which is a good thing. In the 6th event satan comes to fool fools. This is so important it gets two woes. To recap the amount of scripture spent on each trumpet: The first trumpet was covered by one verse in 8:7. The second trumpet got two verses in 8:8 and 9. The third trumpet got two verses in 8:10 and 11. The fourth trumpet got one in 8:12. Then there is a warning that the last trumpets are woe trumpets which have a distinct beginning and end. The fifth trumpet which we are in the midst of is covered in 9:1 – 12. The sixth one which hasn’t happened yet is covered in 9:13 – 11:14. The seventh trumpet is not bad news and doesn’t get a woe. The last time woe is mentioned it is referring to satan coming down to the earth which happens in the sixth trumpet. This is found in verse 12 of chapter 12.

Verse 13

This is satan coming to earth and pretending to be Christ with things he can do that we can’t.

Verse 14 through 15

The angels are lying spirits. They may say things that they expect to be obeyed but they bring death and destruction. God used lying spirits before in 1 Kings 22:22 and 23.

Verse 16

Today we think truth is determined by popular vote. We think that is everyone believes in the same thing then that makes it true. The truth is that reality exists out of human cognition. When the most educated minds believed the world was flat, that did not make the world flat. This army does not look like a regular army but they have all been deceived and say the same things. Those deceived number in the millions.

Verse 17 through 20

This hasn’t happened yet so this is just speculation. When satan comes, he will be praised as God but worshippers won’t have the decency to bury the dead. Right now we claim to be saved while we allow same sex marriage and have thus far allowed over 56,000,000 infants to be murdered before they drew their first breath. What come out of a mouth are words. These words are so deceptive that it causes death to those who believe. Don’t judge by the sight of the eyes or the hearing of the ears but by righteous judgment. We suffer because we believe bad ideas.

Verse 20 and 21

In spite of all the pain caused by bad choices, those deceived will refuse to stop doing what is killing them. It is silly to listen to a song and think it is okay to kill anyone. Listening to a song or watching someone dance doesn’t give license to cheat on your spouse. At least consider how your affair will affect your children.
