This is encouraging. At least both Trump and Cruz are viable and either much more fit to be president than either of the Marxist-socialists the left is running.

Heaven forbid a judge actually rules in opposition to progressive thought. This issue is not as complicated as judge Mason makes it out to be; here's to seeing his ill informed decision appealed and stricken from the record. He should know full well that Congressional Acts do not have the authority to change a person's place of birth. And his citing of the Wong Kim Ark case is moot, the decision in that case is a "holding" and never touches on the issue of what defines a natural born citizen. Though I agree with him that the SCOTUS needs to rule on this once and for all, the fact remains that they haven't, and the original intent in the Constitution still stands. The words Natural Born, are used only once in the entire Constitution, defining the eligibility of the two highest offices of the land, does anyone really believe that our forefathers weren't absolutely sure of the definition of the words they used the one and only time?
