Well this will probably upset most if not all second amendment advocates. It makes my blood pressure peak.
Has there been one scandal of the numerous committed during this democrat president's bungling reign which has been handled efficaciously? In a t***hful manner?

Looks like Trey is doing the duty.

The delay, I believe, will manage to keep Obama from pardoning that festering sore of a woman.

She can't be pardoned until after a 'Conviction'. That won't be for awhile.

She needs to stay in it long enough to deny Bernie the delegate count. The DNC will disqualify Bernie (he hasn't paid DNC dues). Then Joe Biden is a walk on at the Convention - unscaved by a primary process.

Liberals will, of course, maintain that the Obama Administration has fully cooperated with Congress and the FBI. Never mind the fact that only a fraction of the supeonaed evidence was released, for both Fast and Furious and B******i, and that what was finally released was so heavily redacted it was nearly useless.

Go to Google Images and type in "Examples of redacted Fast and Furious documents. This is what you will get.

Wrong. She could be preemptively pardoned of any past crime and could therefore not be prosecuted, period. Remember Nixon?

If was proven for POTUS to have written or said, or if POTUS said on TV "Everyone with a last name starting with 'C' is pardoned of all crimes." Then Bill Clinton, and Hillary Clinton, and Bill Cosby would all be pardoned of anyand all crimes that happened before the words were spoken or written.

Any constitutional power that is not checked by another branch is plenary, or unlimited within the scope of the power and the jurisdiction of the constitution.

Actually a p**********l pardon can be issued at anytime. Mr. Rich paid the government about $200 million in civil penalties but fled to Switzerland to escape criminal prosecution. The Internal Revenue Service offered a $500,000 reward for his capture, and the F.B.I. put him on its “most wanted” list, along with Osama bin Laden. Even as he remained the world’s biggest trader of metals and minerals and lived in opulence, he was called the world’s most famous fugitive.

Then, on Jan. 20, 2001 — Mr. Clinton’s last day in office — Mr. Rich’s name appeared on the p**********l pardon list. It immediately became the most debated White House pardon since President Gerald R. Ford gave one to Richard M. Nixon in 1974, and speculation about Mr. Clinton’s motivation was rampant.

It was soon learned that Mr. Rich’s former wife, Denise Rich, had made large donations to the Democratic Party and the Clinton library, and that Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Ehud Barak, had lobbied Mr. Clinton for the pardon. Rabbi Irving Greenberg, chairman of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, also pressed Mr. Rich’s case, on museum stationery.

Remember, Ford pardoned Nixon before even an indictment was issued.

And therefore before a crime was even identified.

True, I am just pointing out that Obama has that option, but he will not need to use it. Lynch will see to that.

Obama kept Holder out of prison by classifying everything surrounding his crime.

Obama could do that, but he would have to be sure Hillary won the e******n before he did, because otherwise he'd have to be extra careful to shred and erase every copy of everything related before the GOP POTUS took office.. If he hasn't started that already.
