I love my tiny yipper. He is the most amazing burglar alarm and never misses a sound.

I really like my son's Great Dane and after listening to her bark have to wonder how many people who carry those yippers think
they could save them from Lexi if she wanted a bite.

I don't carry my Brussells Griffon and he does not know he is one. He thinks he's a pit bull.

Well, being yours that I can believe~~~I picked her up and she definitely isn't into road trips yet..Got in my lap the minute in the car...Shaking and all...Her first one, to be expected..Then at home tested out all her new stuff and where was she, on my lap most of the time.....

She just has to go exploring and will get used to it all.

Best little thing for letting you know if anyone is around for sure....She's been very quiet other than when she wanted in my lap..Then it was more like a baby crying....She is fast asleep right now on my pillow case..I guess her new bed will stay that way~~

The really funny thing about these two dogs we are talking about is that they are both "house" dogs. Lexi frightens easily and when we take her out for her "duty" relief she can pull my wife to the door if she hears anything strange. Her bed at our house is our living room sofa with the sheets covering it.

Now back to the n***a word. Tex, that is what Joe demanded people call him, and I looked a lot different in that he was very dark skinned. I always called him ni**er and he called me whitey, and we loved each other but got such a kick out of stringing others along. We went to Monterey our first weekend with a pass and couldn't get a room in a hotel. When we were turned down for a room I asked if it was because Joe, I always called him Joe, was a ni**er and the man admitted it was. I caught him by the arm and asked him if he wanted me to shove the room he had for me but not for Joe up where it would serve the world best.

Joe just didn't deserve to be called that name although many of the ones like him on the west coast did.

I was out there in 1954 and had no desire to go back and haven't either. That word was used all the time where I came from and there were very few people like that except in some of the larger cities. It is still that way but people just don't use that word so much anymore.

Those Californians seemed to be more r****t than anywhere else I went.
