God respects no man’s person

Your knowledge of scripture doesn’t do anyone any good unless you share it. Wisdom and knowledge are more valuable than money. They are more valuable because they can be shared. If I have a dollar and give it away, I no longer have it. But any wisdom or knowledge I share, is kept by me and passed on to others. That is why you can’t erase poverty by income redistribution. They are poor because they make poor decisions. They want to appear wealthy without making wise decisions. They believe you can improve yourself by gaining material possessions. They believe gain is Godliness. The truth is you get money by hard work and education. No one is going to give you a house. If you have bad character, you have bad credit. Back to the value of wisdom. Wisdom will benefit the life of whoever possesses it. However your knowledge doesn’t make you better than anyone else. Many in America think the ideas they accept somehow give them special privilege. That because they believe a certain idea, that makes it true. The truth is that reality exists outside of human cognition. Your intelligence will benefit you first. Satan has deceived the whole world. If you teach then minds deceived by satan will look in your past for a reason not to listen to God. Any reason a person has for not listening to God is between them and God. Any good idea refused will harm the one refusing. They will die on the battlefield after the war is over. Our knowledge is childish compared to God. Proof that you are following Jesus is not shown by huge projects or the number of people that agree, but by the troubles, trials, and tribulations that obeying scripture delivers you out of. A servant is not greater than his master. If some didn’t believe in Jesus, somebody should disagree with everything you say and do.

Were we created in God's image? So, God disrespects himself?

When was the last time knowledge and wisdom of scripture put a roof over your head.

The refrain of a tightwad that doesn't want to pay for anything, ....go ahead and "sing for your supper" if you want....

You can give back all of your SSA benefits if you wish...that would be putting your mouth where your money is...

The one thing I have learned is that barely knowing one bible verse will make you a billionaire...just ask Trump.

Matthew 7: 7-8

"Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. "For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

I know you want to get a rise out of me. You can't be serious. I have lived on my own since I was 19. God doesn't disrespect anybody according to Lamentations 3:34 - 36. The bible says work for your food and I have always worked.

So what, is a declarative statement, not a question.

Earlier you asked me if obeying God produced results.

You're one data point...and clearly...the only rich's you claim are wisdom and/or knowledge. One data point, proves nothing and there are plenty of people who haven't even heard of God or pray that are much richer than you could even imagine..and plenty who pray daily for rain who are dumb and as poor as dirt. You're wrong.

Did you have a job or pray for a house, chicken or egg? "Walk" me to how prayer got you a house and how a job didn't.

I never said I prayed. The bible says work and I worked. A man's life consists of more than the things he possesses.

You were finally clear as to which question you were supposedly interested in being addressed, so I did. Do you walk up to the homeless and jobless and tell them to read the bible and pray or do you offer them a job so they can buy a house.
