I'm getting tired of all this crap. I mean really, politicians are getting mad about the "mass shootings" and how "terrible" guns are. That's because bad news is all the news focuses on! Besides, there are more deaths a year by bad medicine than guns! Has anyone stopped to remember that in 2011 alone there was 2,500,000 self defense cases reported by using a hand gun FOR PROTECTION? And how about Jeremy Walker making 32 arrests in one month, in the same campground, with his AR 15? I was there, he caught 4 drug dealers, one rapist, 2 escapees from rehab, 15 people stealing tire chains and dirt bikes, 7 people wanted for felonies, and 3 people wanted for stabbings. If it wasn't for his 44 pistol, AR 15, and shotgun, he would've died from a bear that broke into his home. 6 shots of 44, 2 shotgun in the knees, and 5 .308 rounds to the head.

Take my gun (singular) that I bought on December 11, 2012. I guess I signed my own death warrant that day since my only gun of my life is a 9mm and, of course, has the one characteristic of an assault weapon that Feinstein doesn't like, a pistol grip. Well it does have a 14 round magazine but they won't take it from me by me surrounding it. Of course, they will be after it for all those reasons concerning number of rounds, semi-automatic and a pistol grip. Yes, Dianne and friends are after me and not because of Newtown. She tried pretty hard 10 years ago and is at it again.

Why do they want our guns so badly? I would say that the number of AR 15s the DHS bought recently (1500) might tell us something about that question. All the ammo they have been ordering also tells me something, especially the number of hollow points in the group. They will have to come after my one gun and maybe find some of my son's guns in the house shooting back. We all know the answer to my question and it has to do with controlling us, not controlling guns.

that's just it. the united States accumulativly has bought so many rounds of amo and so many guns of every variety that, much like you guys, everybody in the right mind is going to be shooting back with deadlier rounds. The army is allowed solid metal jacketed rounds only. Smart people know that those punch holes with little damage. Any village i***t can go to the store, buy a box of 250 hollow point rounds, shoot them, and realize how devastating they are. So really, People like us are packing around deadlier rounds, much less total than Obama's army, and are prepared to use them.
Listening to the news just this morning I heard Obama talking about how America is "Readily sitting on a hair trigger". I don't know about you but a WELL REGULATED M*****A of about 5 million is enough to detour me. Like you said, "controlling us, not guns" is a very good way to put it except the fact that on the downside, if anyone does want to go ahead and try to 'regulate' pistol grips and stuff, we're really gonna need some of those crazy people with a hammer and a pistol on the defensive side.
