I don't know about being set up. This is battery-lite, at best, but what it appears he did should not be acceptable.

I saw the tape. The woman was not manhandled, nor was she "jerked off her feet." Nor is this the first time she has claimed "assault" on someone who objected to her in your face questions. The prosecuting attorney is a mover and shaker in the Florida Clinton campaign.
She had also been asked politely and repeatedly to back off.
I am not even a Trump supporter, and I think it's a set up. His opponents? A reporter with a history of alleging assaults, a prosecuting attorney who is actively engaged in campaigning for one of the accused's political opponents, and a tape that does not gibe with the so-called "victim's" testimony.
No doubt she's a publicity addict.

No doubt she works for someone with an axe to grind. Most reporters do. There isn't a hell of a lot of objectivity in the Lamestream these days.
I v**ed for Ted Cruz, but I see the hand of the Clinton campaign in this one, and like Trump or not, (and I don't ), he is light years better than Hillary the Harridan.
