Since Barack Obama first became president, he has been doing everything he can to ensure that his college records remained sealed. He was very successful in this endeavor: until now.

Recently, “Americans for Freedom of Information” released copies of Obama’s transcripts from Occidental College, and what they revealed could get him impeached. According to America’s Freedom Fighters, the documents reveal the future president received financial aid as a student from Indonesia under the name of Barry Soetoro.

The transcript shows that when Obama applied for financial aid, he was awarded with a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. In order to qualify for this scholarship, students must first claim foreign citizenship.

This could finally be the proof that birthers need to get Obama impeached. This coupled with the fact that Obama was born in Kenya and that there is no record of him ever applying for U.S. citizenship certainly does not help his case at all.

The White House is reportedly in panic mode at the moment as they work to find a way to spin this in their favor, but there’s only so much they can do. The reality is that our Constitution states that a president must be born INSIDE this country in order to lead it. Clearly, Obama was not born here, so it’s time for him to get OUT!

I also believe that Obama, Cruz and Rubio are not "natural born citizens", but not because they were not born in the US, but because BOTH their parents were not US citizens WHEN they were born, regardless of WHERE they were born:
1. Neither Obama, Marco Rubio, or Ted Cruz are natural born citizens. At the times they were born, their Fathers were not citizens. Location of birth is irrelevant. Those who insist that a person must be born within the US point to Section 212 of Vattel. But one must read all that Vattel wrote on the subject and which is contained in Sections 213-217.

A “natural born” citizen inherits his citizenship from his parents. Just as he inherits his eye and hair color from them, so he inherits his citizenship status. He is “born” with the hair and eye color his parents gave him, and he is “born” with the citizenship status they gave him. No provision in the Constitution made him a Citizen – no Act of Congress made him a Citizen – just as no provision in the Constitution or Act of Congress determined his eye or hair color. His citizenship, eye color, and hair color are all inherited from his parents. THAT’s what a natural born citizen is. READ all of the sections on this which Vattel wrote: By the law of nature alone, children follow the condition of their fathers; the place of birth produces no change in this particular. This info means one of two things:
1. He has no constitutional right to be our president, or
2. He committed fraud when applying for federal money (which I believe disqualifies him from being president IF convicted- lets get a move on this!

He doesn't have to be born inside the US, but if he claimed foreign citizenship to get student aid and it can be proven, he is toast anyway.
There is a question about his mother's residence inside the US. I am not sure whether it is five years or two years. It has been changed several times. If it is the former, and he was not born in the US, then he is not a citizen of any kind, natural born or naturalized.
I have said on a couple of occasions that I think the secrecy about his college records has something to do with his claiming foreign citizen status.

You may be right about Cruz's eligibility. It confuses me. i just don't want any surprises on that later.
Me concern with Cruz; is his actually being a conservative. his Texas back ground worries me. his association with Goldman Sachs worries me. His wife's back ground with the CFR and push for internationalist causes, the North American Union, etc., really worries me.

I have said an uncountable number of times that I am sure he applied as a foreign student t at Occidental and was given money on that basis. So many people whined and squealed about his college records and all I worried about was his Occidental records. Maybe some of those professors of the severe left lean realized that he could some day win and support their cause but Occidental would't, and I don't think have yet, release his records to keep that part of him hidden.

According to US law, a person born to one US parent anywhere in the world is a US citizen by birth.
In US v Wong Kim Ark, the Supreme Court held that "citizen by birth" and natural born are the same thing.

As I have stated before on another thread. Obamas mother was born on United States soil. According to most experts that makes him a U.S. natural born citizen. End of story.

But falsifying his documents to get federal money would have and should have, disqualified him from being president, had the public known about it.

Don't misunderstand me, I am in no way, in agreement with Obama. His actions against this country are abominable. I would like nothing better to see this son of a b***h hung in a tall tree with a very short rope.

The U.S. Government does not work according to the bible.
It has its own ways according to the Constitution and the bill of rights. And most legal experts say Father or mother.


All 50 states have accepted Cruz as a natural born Citizen and is eligible to run on there states b****ts for the president of the U.S.

If you want to challenge that ruling state by state. I would suggest you contact each state e******ns office and talk to them.
