Water is good. Most of the earth is water. Most of the human body is water. Bring on the water.

John Stossel lost a few houses on the [L.I.?] beach facing the Atlantic Ocean, due to weather of some sort, 2007, and the insurance he had thought nothing of rebuilding the houses right on the same spot. John was really happy but a little amazed at that outcome which few poor people [not on the beach] are so privy to. I know what you mean though, and the g****l w*****g guru, Al Gore, must be rather amazed at a few things lately. The earth is NOT "millions of degrees just below the surface" [Gore], and the houses on Miami Beach are not quite 35 feet below the water yet. Hummmmmm. Talk about an "Inconvenient T***h," or two.

Including Al Gore, who bought a major chunk of beachfront property with a mansion on it in Cacafornia. Maybe he doesn't have as much faith in rising sea levels as he claims.

Antarctica is a continent. A portion of it is melting. A lot of that deals with changes in the flows of ocean currents. To be fair, shouldn't you also post one of the studies that claims the interior of antarctica is putting on ice?

Good one. The latest study I could find on Greenland was 2008.

I can't really find a good one. Besides, most don't pay attention to posts. I just put up this one to show what is going on from one source.

But here's another: http://www.wunderground.com/climate/facts/antarctica_is_losing_ice_sheet.asp
