Now, in a political sense, the terms seems clear. However, why is the party of "right wing" considered bad by the "left wing"?
Let's go with the "Right" and "Wrong" parties.
Oh, the "wrong" will say the "right" is wrong.
So. who are the wrong?
The wrong are the socialists. The wrong are the corrupt. The wrong are the liars that only get wealthy from the people. The wrong are the ones that will legislate what you can do, believe, and how you make your living. The wrong disregard our founding documents and intent.
The wrong founded the KKK......The wrong were against the civil rights act of 1964.....
The wrong advocate sanctuary cities, where the rule of law, which is right, is abrogated to some other laws....Which is wrong.
Is it "right" to enforce our laws?
Yes....The wrong don't do it when they are in power.
Do you see it?
I may agree with you that neither party is " right".....But, clearly, one party is "Wrong".....
We will never get all of what we admire in our government, because that is a reflection of ourselves. But, we are all busy. Our families, our friends, Kardashians. .....Joke there.

The Right has been demonizing the Left for forty years, starting with the inclusion of certain partisan evangelicals. Newt Gingrich has been pinpointed by Right and Left as the linchpin of d******eness in Congress. He made the gulf between parties impassable. And it just worsened from there.

As to that last sentence, those Dixie-crats that founded and were part of the KKK and for segregation, became Republicans under Kennedy and Johnson in a decided break with Democrats. Your opening sentence is utterly absurd.
