It seems our members of Congress, Both House and Senate are using funds from the "Leadership PAC's " for personal benefit .This is a Democrat and Republican issue and no one will step up and say it is wrong to do this, and it is.
We truely need to come togather and find local candidates that will not become part of the washington theft club . Lets start at the town hall level and take back our government. I am not a tea party member or rino or social democrat Just a retired chief petty officer that has been there and done that and worn out all the tee shirts/ball caps.

I am with U CPO. V**e no on em even if they are running unopposed. I am a proud rebel TEA BAGGER, ICE TEA, "HOT" TEA, OR JUST A PLAIN "T". I want a small constitutional gov. Traditional Repubs and Demos have for decades brought this gov to the brink of destruction in the false name of compromise. The political elitist have deceived the citizens that they are profits to save us from ourselves. but, they are false profits.

I think the congress person's pay should be cut so low they have to get a job to help support themselves instead of sitting around D.C. siphoning off the taxpayers' money for doing nothing. They could meet a couple times a year and still pass a bunch of useless laws.

15 comgress people use campaign contributions for their personal shush funds. Corruption all over the place. Lifetime politicians were never intended by the fathers of the country; Although Thomas Jefferson predicted this might happen. I don't like moderates. They have sold out the country in order to become lifetime rulers.

I mean no offense so please don't take this like its an attack on you perse'. but I see and hear a lot of things like this day in and day out, I myself have posted several on my own site as well as on many others I am affiliated with. but I cant help but think when I see them, "So what, who gives a s**t anymore?", they been stealing from the till for at least 50-60 years, social security?, this, that and everything else that would constitute the federal coffers. why should this be any different?

I do not see how that could be an attack on me in any way. After all I was being a smart-A. I am sure those in congress do some good. And I am sure some mean well. But when you look at how much they make/take from the people and then sit around spouting off about the poor and the middle class..... Well do something about it. Stop robbing us and take a pay cut.

Then when they do the political thing to stay in office instead of what is right and good for the people..... just gets me so mad I could eat nails and produce I-beams.

Duke and Jerry, For what ever it's worth I agree with you. What are we going to do about it? We have to get active. We can't fight if we don't get into the ring. Write to newspapers. Form conservative groups in your communities. But, don't sit and do nothing. I don't know about you, but I have sat for too long.

Kind person, I have been , for many many many years I have preached, told, talked, mentioned and spoken anywhere and everywhere about these kinds of issues and problems long before they became issues and problems, as for getting involved, I run one web page about such things and I have about 15-30 that I blog on weekly, I post, I make the phone calls, I send fax's, I send letters, I send emails, I do it all, its not that I'm not doing anything its more like I'm in the state of mind that T Jefferson was when he said

"THESE ARE THE TIMES THAT TRY MENS SOULS".

I'm still in the fight , I'm still fighting daily, I wont stop till they drop the box into the ground, but danged if it don't seem like its all uphill sometimes.

I believe that representatives were appointed years ago to actually do that , represent the people in their districts. mainly because most people could not go to Washington due to travel restrictions. Right, an jump on your horse or walk or ride a wagon from Texas to Washington to voice your opinion. Lets face it this is the twenty first century. With today's technology, the internet through computers, cell phones etc. most people can send the white house or Washington or the President an e-mail stating their opinions, feelings, or wants, concerning laws, the constitution or wh**ever. People can v**e without going to DC. Why do we even need representatives anymore ? They surely don't fall under the laws all citizens do. When's the last time your representative asked you what you thought about a bill before he v**ed or didn't v**e on it ? watch an actually see how many are not even present during the sessions. Most state they didn't v**e for a certain bill. But did they v**e against it ? If they didn't, it automatically passes. They are exempt from all kinds of stuff. Also Obama doesn't need Obama Care . He gets free medical care for the rest of his life on the tax payers dollar. Just my opinion on the subject. Quite frustrated with the whole system.
