All U.S. Presidents & Eligibility: Grandfather Clause, Natural Born Citizen Clause, or Seated by Fraud

CDR Charles Kerchner (Ret) best explains the categories of citizenship according to Article II of the U.S. Constitution. They are:
Original Citizen ‘Grandfather’ Clause (GFC)
Natural Born Citizen Clause (NBC) The Natural Born Citizenship (NBC) clause status, per natural law and the law of nations, and relevant U.S. Supreme Court rulings, such as Venus (1814), Minor v Happersett (1875), and Perkins v Elg (1939), is determined by whether or not both parents were Citizens of the United States (via birth or naturalization) at the time of the birth of their child in the USA– (not where the parents were born.) Both parents must be U.S. Citizens when their child is born in America for the child to be a “natural born Citizen.” It is important to note that until recent times foreign born women gained naturalized status upon marrying a U.S. Citizen husband or upon the naturalization of the husband under the legal concept of citizenship fusion in a marriage. The Citizenship of the wife was always legally fused to that of her husband until more recent times.
If neither of the above, Kerchner argues the person occupying the White House is Seated by fraud.
Kerchner writes:
“The natural born Citizen clause was placed in the U.S. Constitution in regards to eligibility for President by the founders of our nation and framers of our Constitution specifically to bar persons in the future with foreign influence and foreign citizenship on them at/by birth from ever becoming the Commander-in-Chief of our military after the founding generation had passed away. It was placed in the Constitution for future national security reasons. (Reasons we see materializing today with Obama.) The founding generation was exempt from the natural born Citizen clause in Article II Section 1 of the Constitution. The natural born Citizen clause only applied to future generations of those who would be President upon the passing of the founding generation. These facts were stated in writing in a 1787 letter from John Jay to George Washington, Presiding Officer of the Constitutional Convention.”
He explains the citizenship of each president of the United States.
George WASHINGTON – covered by Article II Grandfather Clause (GFC) was born on 22 Feb 1732 in VA.
John ADAMS – covered by Article II Grandfather Clause (GFC) was born on 30 Oct 1735 in MA.
Thomas JEFFERSON – covered by Article II Grandfather Clause (GFC) was born on 13 Apr 1743 in VA.
James MADISON – covered by Article II Grandfather Clause (GFC) was born on 16 Mar 1751 in VA.
James MONROE – covered by Article II Grandfather Clause (GFC) was born in 1758 in VA.
John Quincy ADAMS – covered by Article II Grandfather Clause (GFC) was born in 1767 in MA.
Andrew JACKSON – covered by Article II Grandfather Clause (GFC) was born in 1767 in Carolinas.
Martin VAN BUREN – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1782 in NY. This was the first president qualified under the NBC clause. He was born in America to two Citizen parents. His parents were original Citizens who gained their citizenship by adhering to the Revolution in 1776.
William Henry HARRISON – covered by Article II Grandfather Clause (GFC) was born in 1773 in VA.
John TYLER – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1790 in VA.
James K. POLK – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1795 in NC.
Zachary TAYLOR – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1784 in VA.
Millard FILLMORE – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1800 in NY.
Franklin PIERCE – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1804 in NY.
James BUCHANAN – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1791 in PA. His father James Sr. was foreign born (Irish) who came to Pennsylvania in 1783. His parents married circa 1788. By the time James Jr. was born in 1791 his father had already become a large land owner and a naturalized Citizen of the Sovereign Commonwealth of PA via the process outlined in the PA 1776 Constitution. He was a large land owner and to own land in PA one had to “naturalize” under the process set forth in the PA 1776 Constitution, i.e., take the Oath of Allegiance and live in the state for one year. In James Sr.’s case he was living in PA for eight years prior to James Jr. being born. James Sr. was a Citizen of the United States by being a Citizen of one of the original 13 colonies. Having a foreign born parent who become a naturalized Citizen of the U.S. prior to the child being born still qualifies the child to be a Natural Born Citizen
Abraham LINCOLN – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1809 in KY.
Andrew JOHNSON – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1808 in NC. He was seated due to the assassination of President Lincoln.
Ulysses S. GRANT – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1822 in OH.
Rutherford B. HAYES – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1822 in OH.
James A. GARFIELD – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1831 in OH.
Chester A. ARTHUR – FRAUDULENTLY SEATED. Not an NBC or original Citizen. He was NOT an Article II NBC since he was born before his father’s naturalization. He was seated due to the assassination of President Garfield. Based on the facts uncovered later history, he was unconstitutionally seated due to the falsified nativity story and fraud by Chester Arthur, which was not fully discovered and proven until long after his death. He burned his early family records to cover up his lies and fraud. He was born circa 1829, allegedly in VT.
Grover CLEVELAND – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1837 in NJ.
Benjamin HARRISON – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1833 in OH.
Grover CLEVELAND – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1837 in NJ.
William MCKINLEY – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1843 in OH.
Theodore ROOSEVELT – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when born in 1858 in NY. He was seated due to the assassination of President McKinley.
William Howard TAFT – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1857 in OH.
Woodrow WILSON – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1856 in VA. His mother was a foreign born U.S. Citizen. But when he was born she had become a naturalized Citizen of theUnited States prior to his birth due to her marriage to Woodrow’s father, a U.S. Citizen. Having a foreign born parent who has become a naturalized Citizen of the U.S. prior to the child being born legally qualifies the child as Natural Born Citizen.
Warren G. HARDING – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1865 in OH.
Calvin COOLIDGE – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1872 in VT.
Herbert HOOVER – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1874 in IA. His mother was a foreign born U.S. Citizen, a Canadian, but when he was born she had become a naturalized Citizen of the United States prior to his birth due to her marriage to Herbert’s father, a U.S. Citizen.Having a foreign born parent who has become a naturalized Citizen of the U.S. prior to the child being born legally qualifies the child as Natural Born Citizen.
Franklin D. ROOSEVELT – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1882 in NY.
Harry S. TRUMAN – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1884 in MO.
Dwight D. EISENHOWER – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1890 in TX.
John F. KENNEDY – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1917 in MA.
Lyndon B. JOHNSON – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when born in 1908 in TX. He was seated due to the assassination of President Kennedy.
Richard NIXON – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1913 in CA.
Gerald FORD – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1913 in NE.
James CARTER – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1924 in GA.
Ronald REAGAN – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1911 in IL.
George H. W. BUSH – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1924 in MA.
William J. CLINTON – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1946 in AR.
George W. BUSH – Article II (NBC) both parents Citizens when he was born in 1946 in CT.
Barack Hussein OBAMA – SEATED BY FRAUD. Not a natural born Citizen (NBC). His father was a foreign national and British Subject and was NOT a U.S. Citizen. Obama was seated due to the corruption of the main-stream media and the willful complicity and negligence of Congress. Obama’s father was a foreign national. His father was never a U.S. Citizen, nor was he even an immigrant to America or even a permanent resident. His father was only sojourning to the USA attending college, first in Hawaii, and later at Harvard University in Massachusetts. His father was also deported to Kenya at the request of Harvard University due to his unseemly alleged activities there.
Obama was born in 1961. Obama himself claimed he was born in Kenya for many years in the various editions of his pre-2007 biographical book. After 2007, Obama claims he was born in Hawaii, but no official hospital record of his birth has been produced. A PDF version of an alleged long-form birth certificate has been posted online by Obama but Arizona Sheriff Arpaio and his Lead Investigator Mike Zulloit argue it is a computer manufactured forgery. They also proved that Obama’s alleged draft registration card is also a forgery. The laws in Hawaii were very lax regarding registration of births. There is no independent evidence of Obama being born in Hawaii. Nor are there pre-natal and no post-natal records for his mother in Hawaii during his alleged birth month in 1961. None have been found. There are no reports of an attending physician, mid-wife, or paramedic called to the scene of a speculated home birth. There are no independent witnesses to his claimed birth in Hawaii. In fact, there is no record at all for his mother even being in Hawaii in August 1961, the alleged month of Obama’s alleged birth in Hawaii. No records exist of his mother being in Hawaii for the six months prior to his alleged birth date.

To further contradict the Hawaiian birth story of Obama, there are many accounts by Obama’s paternal family in Kenya, Kenyan government officials, and Kenyan and African newspapers — that Obama really was born in a hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. And again, prior to 2007 Obama himself touted to the world that he was born in Kenya. No other president in history has had so many accounts attesting to his being foreign born and/or can provide no contemporaneous birth witnesses or independent evidence to corroborate their subsequent claim to U.S. birth

James Buchanan Sr., came to this country in 1783 as a British subject. In order to become a naturalized citizen of PA, he had to swear an oath in front of an official. These oaths are all recorded. There are quite a few of them. Buchanan Sr, does not appear. Nor does the name Buchanan appear in any of them.
As far as being a citizen to be a landowner, I have not seen any law that states this as being the case, but even if it were, this is only circumstantial proof. I concluded a couple of land deals in the seventies, and not once was I ever asked for any sort of ID.
James Buchanan Jr. was born in this country, but at the time, natural born required the father to be a citizen. There is no proof that Buchanan sr ever became one, other than his being a landowner which may or may not have required citizenship.

No, because the law at the time did not permit a US citizen mother who has a child outside the US to pass on her citizenship unless she has lived in the US for at least 5 years after she reaches the age of 14; Mommy Barry was only 18 at the time of his birth so she was not qualified.

That is the rule today but at the time of the dear leader's birth it was 5 years after attaining the age of 14. In case that is not clear, it means she had to be 19. Look it up perhaps?

And in any case, if she had been a year older all it would have given young Barry was citizenship. Not Natural Born Citizenship, which required his Dad to be a US citizen at the time of his birth too, no matter where he was born.
