An elderly couple returned to a Mercedes dealership where the salesman has just sold the car they were interested in to a beautiful, leggy, busty blonde.
"I thought you said you would hold that car till we raised the $75,000 asking price," said the man.
"Yet I just heard you closed the deal for $65,000 to that lovely young lady there. You insisted there could be no discount on this model."
"Well, what can I tell you? She had the ready cash and, just look at her, how could I resist?" replied the grinning salesman.
Just then the young woman approached the aged couple and gave them the keys.
"There you go," she said. "I told you I would get the moron to reduce the price. See you later, grandpa.
Never mess with the elderly!

We are looking for a piece of property, haven't seen a house that we like so we may do it our way.
Cindy has been involved with a new position doing grant research for a group here. It has her busier than the proverbial one-armed paper hanger. It must be someone else's daughter who needed a procedure as Cee has been fine.
As for me, I told my cardiologist I was going to be around and he would up and retire on me. His response, "That's the purpose." That man is always so even, I wonder if he ever gets excited. He and his wife have raised triplets - that in itself may have an effect to slow you down.

Karma has her ways, ever vigilant in keeping balance in the universe. I did hear a rumor that she seems to have a backlog at the moment. That said, I do believe Karma wouldn't mind at all if you pitched in to relieve her backlog. :roll: :wink:

Other than a visitation Sunday night by a bearer of a computer v***s, followed up Tuesday, by three hours online with the Geek Squad....all is as well as realistically possible. We are all blessed. Our efforts, meager or otherwise, I'm sure God appreciates....remember, he knows even when the smallest of sparrows falls. Have a blessed Easter, my friend.
