Report: FBI 'Increasingly Certain' Hillary Clinton Broke Laws Regarding Classified Emails

But will Comey recommend DoJ takes up charges? I say it will all be whitewashed, and if anything her staff people will take the hits. Also, Obama will just pardon her if indictment is recommended...you can't fight the corruption in the Democrat Party.

Members of the mainstream media -- like a former NY Times editor who asked why Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server to receive and disseminate classified information is "a big deal" -- have downplayed the current FBI investigation into the Democrat frontrunner. But a new report in the NY Post asserts that FBI chief James Comey and his team of investigators are "increasingly certain that p**********l nominee Hillary Clinton violated laws in handling classified government information through her private email server."

The report states that while many are eagerly awaiting Comey's push for charges to be leveled against Clinton, he faces a formidable opponent in the Obama White House. After all, the president believes Hillary Clinton will carry his torch once he steps down, so why would he wish to derail that opportunity?

With this in mind, the Post reports that federal agents are spreading the word, through the private sector, that Comey is being stonewalled:

...agents have been spreading the word, largely through associates in the private sector, that their boss is getting stonewalled, despite uncovering compelling evidence that Clinton broke the law.

Exactly what that evidence is — and how and when it was uncovered during Comey’s months-long inquiry — has not been disclosed. For the record, the FBI had no comment on the matter, and government sources say no final decision has been made.

Clinton denies she did anything wrong, claiming she had no idea she was getting classified information (a violation of federal law) on her private server during her years as Obama’s secretary of state because the documents she received contained no such headings.

And as FBI director, Comey can only recommend charges to the hacks in the Obama Justice Department. Indeed, many law enforcement officials who know the FBI chief and the bureau’s inner workings believe the evidence would have to be overwhelming for Comey to even recommend charges, much less for DOJ to pursue them.

Some FBI staff, according to the Post, suggest that Comey might be compelled to quit in protest if the Justice Department brushes off his recommendation to pursue criminal charges against Clinton:

Just how close Comey is to any recommendation — whether to indict or exonerate Clinton — is difficult to know. But agents believe the probe is nearing an end. A State Department staffer who set up Clinton’s email server, for instance, was recently granted immunity from prosecution to provide Comey’s team with evidence.

“You don’t start granting people close to Clinton immunity unless you are seriously looking at charges against your target,” one former official told me.

I’m also told Comey and his team increasingly doubt Clinton’s story. Most officials know private email servers are easier to hack into than secure government servers. They also know that even documents not labeled “classified” may be top secret.

That’s why they’re supposed to be sent only through government accounts. Those who don’t follow those rules, like former CIA Director David Petraeus, have faced consequences.

Indeed Petraeus did, and for far less.

This is nothing new for the Clintons, however, who've always operated as if they are above the law. And now, with a former foe-turned-ally in the White House, they might end up being just that.

Another inexcusable video has surfaced about Hillary. Apparently, in a 2014 video, she explained that it was common knowledge that Russia and China were hacking U.S. intel and that she had to go as far as to remove the batteries from her Blackberry BEFORE she could leave the plane because the Russian and Chinese hackers were "so good." In fact, she mentioned that they were so proficient that they could access the intel "in a minute" - then she continued - "in a nanosecond."

How much more evidence do we need. SHE ADMITTED she used her personal server for the t***sfer of government intel - it shouldn't even make any difference whether the info was classified, confidential, or TOP SECRET. What matters is that she KNEW that what she was doing was wrong. It also means that she wasn't ignorant of the consequences. It wasn't because she was incompetent! Both valid accusations. It was because she didn't give a damn!!!

She didn't want to be inconvenienced, poor baby. Imagine, having to carry two phones!! "What difference does it make" that she is putting the lives of our courageous military at further risk? So - they have to pack 80 to 100 lbs. of gear on their backs while on deployment. Big Deal!!! So, four Americans, including her "close friend" Ambassador Stevens, died at B******i, despite over 600 pleas for additional security.

People should realize - her last name is "Clinton" and she shouldn't have to deal with incidentals like the lives of the best and bravest of us.
What a piece of work she is.

And if her callousness still does not affect you. How about Obama's. He goes to a fund-raiser in Vegas on the day after the B******i atrocity.

Just minutes after delivering a speech on the beheading of U.S. journalist James Foley by ISIS, Obama went golfing.

As the international community mourned the deaths of 21 Egyptian Christians who were beheaded in an Islamic State (ISIS) video, Obama spent the day golfing in Palm Springs, California.

After Paris suffered its ISIS attack, Obama was nowhere to be found for the unity march which subsequently followed.

On the day Nancy Reagan was laid to rest, President Obama was attending the South by Southwest Interactive FESTIVAL in Texas.

And it only gets worse. Obama decided NOT to come back home from Cuba in spite of the Belgium terrorist attack which k**led 32 and injured ovr 200 people. President Obama DID decide, however, to attend a baseball game in Cuba right next to the dictator, Raul Castro.

"Play ball!" Obama tweeted after Major League Baseball announced he would attend the game.

During the game, Obama, wearing sunglasses, was laughing with his new pal, Castro, and even participated in doing "the wave."

Obama was criticized heavily during his three-day Cuba visit. On Monday he posed as part of a photo-op in front of a mural of Argentinian Marxist and murderer Che Guevara.

He also stirred controversy when he accepted Castro’s criticism of “shortcomings in the United States around basic needs for people in poverty and ine******y and race relations.”

NOW GET A LOAD OF THIS!!

“I actually welcome President Castro commenting on some of the areas where he feels we’re falling short because I think we should not be immune or afraid of criticism or discussion as well,” Obama said.

Afraid of criticism of the U.S.? Barry was the initiator!! But to stand next to a human rights despoiler and defend his denigration of our country is absolutely contemptible. Hillary's disdain for our military and Obama's disrespect for our country are despicable. They are narcissistic, greedy, unpatriotic snakes who don't deserve what our country has bestowed upon them.

Im betting Mr Comey,FBI director, will recommend kilary be charged,HOWEVER,im also betting obozo will throw Mr Comey, under the bus,at which time Mr Comey, will tell obozo,to go piss in his turban, and Mr comey will resign, followed by a BUNCH of FBI agents either retiring or quitting. THEN,obozo could be tried for treason.
