In a ruling that did not get much fanfare a Pennsylvania judge, after hearing the merits of the case, has stated that Cruz is a natural born citizen and can be on the b****t in that state.

The reason it didn't get much fanfare is two-fold:

Cruz supporters already knew he would be vindicated

And his detractors are filing injunctions in other states ahead of the primaries.

The outcome for either is a non-event.

The other filings will get the same outcome.

There was no fanfare because it's not an issue. However, Trump and his moronic supporters will be disappointed.

I've never had any issue with Cruz's legal eligibility to run. I just have a problem with his moral eligibility since I see him as an actively evil human.

So will someone explain the difference between his eligibility and Obama's?
(Not that I want to d**g up the i***tic issue again. I just smell hypocrisy)

This judge may also be a proponent of president Obama.
They like to revise the constitution. That is what's going to happen when democrats/socialist win. They will change the constitution. They've always wanted to do that. Hoping majority in Congress and SC becomes socialists or liberal democrats.

Revision and interpretation are not synonyms...the Supreme Court interprets, it does not revise. Revision is elicited by an amendment. Just because a judge agrees with how the Constitution is to be interpreted doesn't make them right or wrong by themselves. If the constitution isn't clear, an amendment must be proposed the legislatures.
