Ask the average American. I happened upon an auto collision the other day, where people were injured. There were 7 people standing around videoing with their phones and no one helping. I asked if anyone had called 911 yet, nope, too busy getting the video. I asked for help getting a teenager out of the back seat of one of the vehicles - and got blank stares, or was ignored.

Fortunately, no one died, but there would have been at least one death if I hadn't been there. It took 17 minutes for first responders to arrive and it only takes 2 minutes to bleed out. I have never seen such apathy in my life and it made me so mad I couldn't see straight. After I handed the injured off to paramedics, I turned on the crowd and let loose. Their response? They began videoing me. I imagine my rant is on youtube by now, it didn't make it onto the news - but the phone video did.

Just to be clear; they were all Anglo Saxons, victims and vultures alike.

We now have a couple generations whose poor education coupled with technology has blurred the line between fantasy and reality. Those people probably never heard of First Aid and shooting video is all they really know how to do. Like zombies, heartless and braindead.
