If you were being interviewed for employment and were denied said job soley on the premise your political Ideaology was not compatable with the prospective benefactors is your first amendment rights possibly being abridged.

If the individuals views coinsided with whom ever the prospective benefactor may be,he would be granted the vetting process,given the job or confirmation or what ever were his aspirations may be contributing to his life liberty and pursuit of happiness, but, does he still maintain the uninalienable right of free thinking, synonymous with free dom of speech,that specific right that is this countrys predication;

Furthermore_ what is the responsibility of the justice dept. whom is head up by the office of the Attorney General.Its responsibility is to see that the constitutional laws are adhered to and that justice is met,the governments lawyer[ to whom is of the people,by the .......] Why does this office set idly by while M.O'.C. and his Republicans gleefully daunt the entire democratic ideology at their descretion,[ while persecuting Hilary Clinton,for things they say that are synonymous with what they're doing.

Judge Garland already has a bad view towards the US CONSTITUTION and wants to get rid of the second amendment, so what does that tell the world about that judge?
