Bernie is running television ad's here in Arizona and one that really caught my eye was one I just saw on T V.
Get this.
He stated that we need him to insure the sustainability of the middle class.
Duh Duh Double Duh Duh
How stupid are the people who swallow this bunk ?
At no time in world history have socialist views held a middle class. It has only protected the elite,
paid direct government support well and everyone else had the masses of fellow poor
to sit in poverty with and dream of some way out.

For one brief moment I thought I was watching an SNL Skit.
Then it struck me, " My god , many people are believing this crap."

Stupid ignoramus! You are enjoying an 8-hour day, paid vacations, sick days, and pensions because socialists and, yes, c*******ts got beaten up by company goons and cops and national guard weekend soldiers on picket lines during the 20's and 30's.

Those company goons and cops and soldiers were following the orders of politicians whose campaigns were paid for by Wall Street.

You should be able to tell a friend from an enemy. But for that, you are too stupid.

Donald Trump, who has never been part of or cared about the middle class, now looks down from his ivory Trump towers at all the stupid people, and yells out that he can make us great again. Many of us, unfortunately, are buying his crap.

What are you talking about, socialist nations like Sweeden, Norway, Finland and New Zealand all have middle classes significantly larger proportionaly than ours. With much lower poverty rates.

Those countries are not being played for chumps. They are not policing the world.

Well Marvin
Looks like I touched a nerve of a Socialist.
Tough

By they way J-off. In a competitive market, business has to compete for the better employees and offers what you speak of without government intervention.
Our competitive market for employees started over a hundred years ago with Henry Ford.
Others followed suit. It took a while. But they did.
You can not use some of the countries largest employers, ( government and unions ) which you sound like a socialist member of. Governemnts produce socialistic like environments that don't produce squat. Unions are for certain socialistic by nature but effect only themselves and competitors. By the way , they have greatly dissipated other than in government and then there is the glorious TEACHERS UNIONS.

Most headway for workers were in fact unions who weren't chartered socialist. The powerful at the time tried to label them socialist but to anyone with a little smarts that did not fly. In their time and place unions had a place. A good one.

Socialism was not their driving force nor their credo. Some of the results in their early days were good and helped produce the middle class. Beginning with the Molly Maguires. They fought for better standards without any affiliations with socialism.
Like baby ducks mindlessly following mamma, quack on.
Peabrain.

If you would, or could, please supply a reference as to were socialistic governments have been successful for the masses.
That was what this posting was about. Your rant is very typical. I hope that nerve of yours that suffered an ow-weee from
my posting heals up before you totally flip out. Comrade

You and Kevin could start a two man club here on Opp.
It will grow. I think there are 4 or 5 more of you types here.
:-P :-P

Perhaps, but they also don't have as many abusing they're system.

New Zealand is an isolated country for one, who doesn't have the open boarder policies that we seem to have.
I believe the rest of the European countries will begin to have a shrinking middle class due to they're open boarder policies w/ migrants as time moves on.

I am afraid the that ow-weee runs to deep to heal.

Yep; no open borders for New Zealand.
Europe is figuring it out too late.

Those have been, until recently, culturally homogeneous.
We are not. Cultural diversity comes with multiple and different
set's off social values. We are Apples and Oranges. They are either Apples or they are Oranges.
Europe is in for a big downfall and will crash hard.
By opening their arms to the middle easterners they will crash.
The new burdens will take them down and its not if but when.
Those countries you mentioned are not true socialist. Hordes of
elites run the show and know very well how to protect their burgeoning wealth
thru loopholes they allow themselves.
I know this personally. First hand with some folks from New Zealand. Probably the
only country you pointed out that will survive intact with their kind of sort of socialism.

True socialism exist nowhere. Period
The only workable form of government is anarchism. Trouble with it is
it will only work with no subjects and only on a deserted island.

It won't fly here Kevin. You and those like you can beat your gums till they are bloodied.
It just won't fly.

You can't handle the t***h. It makes you nervous. You have no answer for it. So you reach into your quiver and pull out your last arrow: a kindergarten insult.

Shame, shame!

Most of these people have some knowledge of history.
But it's cursory , shallow and without substance.
History has been repeating itself for tens of thousands of years
and these people should have studied it much more thoroughly.

Man were we on the same page.
You posted this while I was poking mine up.
Same line of thinking without knowledge of one another's thoughts.
I like it.
I am giving you a thumbs up and therefore will take one for myself
