I just can't understand why I owe anyone anything. I pay my confiscatory taxes as ordered. Why the hell do I owe anyone anything? Can you explain this line of thought to me? Can anyone?

Sure I can explain.....Your not BLACK....The b****s (not all) but many feel that they can never be repaid enough for what their ancestor went through...AND they have been trained to expect freebies from the goverment....What was it...after the civil war they each got 20 acres and a mule..? They have been given stuff and have taken it since then...It is a part of their DNA...I say Screw them all.... :thumbup: :thumbup:

As usual Walter E. Williams has a great point, but then he is smart and clear thinking. Most of his videos are fascination. I prefer reading Sowell though, even I can follow his explanations.

I drove a trailer through a ditch ( not the one I fell in ) and my neighbor complained that this clogged the ditch - yet - he drives through the same ditch every day. I could NOT get him to understand the concept of double standards or fairness. There was no argument, he just could not process the idea. He is 32 years old and an engineer. What has happened to people in the last 20 years?
When I was a kid and wanted a new bike, I worked odd jobs around the neighborhood until I had enough - and bought the bike. Oh the p***e I felt! Today, a kid wants a new bike - and it's someone else's responsibility to see that it gets it, or we're being mean and cheap. We have failed the younger generations, by letting them get away with stuff, but if you beat that a$$ - you're going to jail.

You didn't answer the question l***h! You dodged it!! Try again, or just say you think it's ok for the government to confiscate the earnings of producers, and give it to non producers, and you like it that way.

Simple if you feel so strongly about the Government taking your money. DON'T PAY THEM! This involves some risk. No problem. Convince your friends. Are you willing to fight for freedom?
